ZillowVERIFIED We had a very difficult home to sale and Tanner took on the job without hesitation. He is very professional, helpful, understanding and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! Any questions that we ever had, Tanner, answered quickly and if he didn't have the answer right off it never took over 24 hours for him to get the answer and relate it back to us. Our home needed several repairs and we needed to sell the house in a timely manner. It was only on the market 9 months before it was finally sold. He sought out people who would be interested in the home, always communicated every step he was taking a long the way, gave us tips that would help to sell the house that didn't cost us more out of pocket. He always made sure our best interest came first and that we were getting the best deal possible.

My husband, son and I lived in one of his rental properties for over three years and would continue living there if we had not recently inherited a family home. The house we rented was clean and solid with everything in proper working order. On the rare occasion that a problem did arise, Mr. Ryles was always quick to have it effectively taken care of. His rental agreement, including rent, deposit and both tenant and landlord responsibilities, was fair and reasonable. Should my husband and I ever be in the market for a house or should we ever decide to rent another home, I would certainly call Mr. Ryles before anyone else. He is knowledgeable, fair and responsive. My husband and I would be pleased to do business with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I have not purchased a home from Tanner, but I do currently rent one of the properties he owns. I relocated to the Frankfort area with very little notice last December. Tanner met us within hours of calling to see the home. He was friendly and professional. He worked with us and allowed us to alter the rental agreement a tiny bit. The whole process was well done. He provided us with the local utilities contact info and all necessary information for things like trash pick up. As a landlord, Tanner is always available via call, text, or email. In fact, we had a minor electrical issue just the other day and, although we mentioned it was no hurry, he was at the house within 15 minutes to fix the problem. I would highly recommend working with Tanner in sales or rental agreements.
