He knows the Tulsa area and the local housing market very well and always went out of his way to make sure we were well informed and were getting what we wanted. Once we made an official offer, Tanner took care of everything. There are a lot of things to keep track of when you are buying a house (inspections, mortgage paperwork, insurance, etc) and Tanner took care of it all. He is extremely organized and did a wonderful job keeping us appraised of the entire process - we really didn't have to worry about anything. In addition to all of that, Tanner is a delightful guy and is very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new home.
