This time (just like the first), they made buying and selling a house as easy as it could be. This is our third time working with Tanna and she is such a great real estate agent who delivers results, we will continue to recommend her to everyone we know! We sold our home and received multiple offers within the first 24 hours of it being listed. Tanna knew the market, showed us comps that had sold within the past few months, and advised us on the best price to list our home. It is evident she knows what she is doing, and she handled negotiations for us with a tight deadline late at night without missing a beat. Our home is older and additional inspections were requested by the buyers. One company came out and inspected our foundation and gave an obscene quote. Tanna immediately handled the situation and called a company she had worked with before to come out the next day and give a second opinion. The company she recommended inspected the foundation and advised that the first quote was unnecessary and taking advantage of the situation. Tanna coordinated with all parties and found a solution that worked for everyone. Had she not advocated for us, we would have been stuck paying for the first quote and losing a lot of money. We enthusiastically trust her and Sterling. Tanna has proven to us time and time again that she is an honest, kind person who does right by her clients and everyone she worked with.
