I cannot begin to express my gratitude with Tania and her expertise in real estate. She had all the great contacts such as a phenomenal home inspector who left no stone unturned, she helped me stay organized on all dates and important info, but most importantly she saved me 50k on our house. This is our fourth time using Tania as buyers this time, sellers previously. She really goes the extra mile to make sure I'm actually represented. She took the time to research comps to make sure our offer was fair market value and also was able to negotiate with the selling agent as to why the house was worth what we were offering. You will absolutely not be disappointed when you hire Tania for all of your real estate needs! 5 stars!!!
