Review I was very content and satisfied with how professional and knowledgeable in her line of work. She was very courteous and had answers to most of my questions, if she didnt, she would quickly respond by making sure she had the correct answer/response. I would highly recommend her and I am appreciative of all the help and not to mention getting through this. I would have been lost without her educating me on the process! Highly recommended!!! ??

Review From initial meeting to after closing, you can count on Tana to be the expert realtor you have been hunting for. Not only does she help you find the home you desire, she paves the way for the most effective communication between buyer and seller. No question was ever too absurd, as she patiently helped our first time home buying experience with ease and direction. Upon visiting various properties, I was thoroughly impressed with Tana's over all knowledge of how to access a home's value and provide perspective to what we would be looking at in regards to future repairs/remodels. In the end we fell in love with our new home and have Tana to thank for all her valuable insight and guidance.

Review I had always been reluctant to work with realtors as we all hear different things from time to time. Thankfully, working with Tana was a good experience. She was always willing to meet you when you could, after work hours and even on irregular weekend times. The paper work was a seemless process by her assistance as well. Overall, she was recommended to me by my cousin and I am glad I gave her the chance to help me out in this jungle.

Review Tana is AWESOME! She was highly recommended by a friend who had previously worked with Tana. Tana lived up to all expectations and more. We had listed our property with other realtors, but as soon as we connected with Tana, she had our home under contract in less than a month. Tana was very detailed and professional while making us feel like family instead of just another client. Since working with Tana, we have listed other properties with her and referred her to several friends of ours who have had pleasant experiences with her as well. We love her!

Review Tana is very knowledgeable in her field and went above and beyond to assist us and ensure that everything is going smoothly. I don't believe we could have found a better real estate agent. Whenever there was a hiccup Tana was on it and I knew we were in good hands. Even after the sale is completed if I had any questions I have been able to contact her and received fast and informative responses.

Review When my husband and I decided to buy a home, my son stated he knew the perfect person that would assist us in the purchase of a home. The person he recommended was Ms. Tana Springer. We made a list of aEURoeFor Sale homesaEUR? we were interested in touring. We gave Tana the list and she made it possible for us to tour all the homes we were interested it. From the first time I met Tana Springer, I knew she was the right person to help us find a home. She is so knowledgeable in the construction of houses, spots the flaws in them and would point those flaws out to us; which we appreciated. She would ask questions so that she could get to know us better and know exactly what kind of home we were looking for. She has excellent customer service skills and as I mentioned earlier, she is so knowledgeable in the realty business and the construction business. I honestly do not think that we would have made the purchase we made without Tanas experienced advice. She was so helpful and went above and beyond her job. Every time we had a question, whether about a certain house, price, value, etc. she would always have answers for us. If not right away, she would always tell us she would check into it and get back to us. She never left us wondering what was going on at any time; she always returned our calls, answered our questions, and always showed up at the viewing of houses. We truly appreciate everything Tana Springer did to help us get our home. She was always honest and gave us advice as to what we could do about a certain situation or problem. She always had solutions to our uncertainties and made us feel comfortable. We are now happy in our home and do not regret the purchase of it. I would highly recommend Tana Springer to anyone who wants to purchase a home. Tana is a person whom you can trust and know that she will be there for you 100% up to the end when you are closing the purchase of your home.

Review My husband and I were moving to the area and needed a rental while we were in the process of selling our out of state home. I happened to call Tana asking about a rental and she offered to show us several rentals from her company and other companies in one afternoon if that would help us, which it did! She worked around our schedule and helped us find a rental. She helped us without even knowing we would be wanting to buy a home in the near future. Once we were settled in our rental and we were ready to look into buying a home, Tana showed us every property we requested to see and always made time for us, taking us all over the valley. She was always great in working around our schedule. We found a home, and Tana was great at helping us come up with a good offer (that was accepted without any further negotiations!) Every time I had a question or concern Tana promptly answered or assisted in getting the answer to me quickly. We love our new home and feel the process could not have gone more smoothly and that is due to Tana! If we ever do decide to sell, we will be using Tana again! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!

Review Tana was a godsend! Even though I was a first-time homebuyer, Tana made the process of purchasing a home much easier and comfortable. Very knowledgeable, caring and honest; you don't see that as often as you should in sellers. If you're living anywhere in the valley, give her a call. You will not be disappointed.

Review When my wife and I decided to start looking for a house, the concept was a bit overwhelming. By chance i came across Tana's contact info and it was a blessing in disguise. From the initial phone call, i knew i had made the right choice of who would be helping us out. We must of seen over fifty (50) houses in about two and a half months and yet Tana was so patient every step of the way. We had decided on one house but due to some difference of opinions between the sellers and me, we struggled to find some middle ground. Tana went above and beyond to help both the seller and us (the buyer) to find it. However, due to some unforeseen issues with the house, we respectfully declined on the house. We decided to buy the house we now own today. Through it all, Tana displayed a professionalism that was above and beyond any expectations i would have perceived of a real estate agent. I can assure you that if you seek her assistance into buying a home, you will not regret it. Thanks again Tana, you are the best. Warm Regards, SGT. James P. Killmer US ARMY, Retired

Review The purchase of my home was very difficult due to the sellers, their listing agent and the Estate. I'm from Ohio and recently moved to this area. I was a bit nervous making the move and didn't know what to expect, Tana made it a smooth ride. Not only was she pleasant and understanding, she was most of all professional and level headed through the ordeal. If there is any person I'd want to represent me during the home buying process, it would be Tana. She is knowledgeable about the process and assist in finding creative solutions. She is a great communicator! Call Tana she can get it done. Great job Cantwell!
