FAQ
Remind buyers that downpayment is just the start, You will also have closing costs, which typically run 2-5% of the purchase price plus fees for the inspections, real estate attorney, appraisal fees and title insurance. Make sure you budget for all of that upfront.
Also to get pre-approved, I have a couple of great lenders for you to meet and see who can offer you the best rate.
Most sellers in this market lose leverage in the first 10 days because they either overprice based on emotion or underprepare the home before photos .
The longer the home sits on the market the less negotiating power you have.

first time home buyers
I recently sold a home to my first time home buyers in St Charles and we were in the crazy spring market, multiple offers, my clients emotionally prepared to lose the home because they could not offer that much over list price. We were one of five offers , the Listing agent called me to let me know that our offer was accepted due to the way that I presented it and the way that I communicated. Strategy and knowledge along with having a good reputation in the industry goes a long way.
I've always been interested in interior design, and I've always enjoyed helping and serving others, it just made sense as a career to me. About 2 years ago my mother-in-law who remodels kitchens and bathrooms motivated me to go and get my license as she had a house she needed to sell.
