Tammy and her team (Jamie & Cassy) were very easy to work with. Tammy helped expedite removal of the remaining items from the house (since I live in another state). She was very good at communicating with me. Jamie (our realtor) was also very good at communicating what was happening during the process of cleanup, listing, showing, and then selling. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The process was very fast and painless. Dan

ZillowVERIFIED 2nd update, July 2022: Tammy is so wonderful! House sold and off to the beach! Update, June 2022: We decided to sell our home and retire to the beach! Thank you, Tammy Waraksa for making it easy and enjoyable for us. We had two offers within a week for exactly what we worked out with Tammy. Thank you! Original review, March 2020: Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about Tammy and her team! We are retired military and first-time buyers. Tammy is communicative, knows everything about the local real-estate scene, and worked with every newbie question we had (and there were a lot)! I am so grateful to her, Mike, Keith, Sam, and the whole team. We had an army to help us, and we are so happy with the whole experience. Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED ?????????? FIVE STARS for Tammy & her amazing team! Tammy was able to get a home for us off-market in Wausau while we lived out of state and needed to relocate. She exceeded our expectations as a skilled negotiator and creative problem solver when we hit several bumps in the road amidst a crazy real estate market. The whole process was absolutely seamless and we cannot recommend Tammy enough as a realtor. Weve worked with about half a dozen different realtors over the years with different homes, and Tammy blew the rest of them out of the water. Thank you, Waraksa Group, for helping us get our beautiful new home! ??

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Tammy of The Waraksa Group team to sell our property in Gleason, Wisconsin. This was our 6th time working with Tammy. It was just as wonderful experience this time as every other time. From listing to closing it was 9 days. Not typical, but a great benefit for us. Don't hesitate to call Tammy's group.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I wanted to use a top realtor in the central WI area to buy a "new" home and sell our "old" one. Tammy and her team did not disappoint! Tammy was super supportive and understanding as we spent many evenings and Saturday's looking at houses over the past year+. Through her wisdom in real estate, we were able to buy our new home at a fair and reasonable price while selling our old home for more than we thought. We would highly recommend The Waraksa Group to anyone ready to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Tammy on the Waraksa Group to buy and sell a home. Once closed, this was the 3rd and 4th transaction we have done with Tammy. We keep coming back because we know we'll receive the guidance to get the absolute best price possible whether buying or selling. As a bonus, their team communicates exceptionally and guides you through a smooth process from start to finish. They also genuinely care about you and/or your family. I'm convinced that, with their expertise, they bring a multiple of their commission in value to your transaction beyond what you could do yourself or in my opinion with another realtor. Highly recommend.

I didnt meet Tammy until the last signing day. She was very nice. She had intended to work for me but because of Coved in her family she sent Keith. He did a great job for me. I was very happy that I had entrusted the Waraska group to sell my home.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Tammy on The Waraksa Group team to buy our home in Wausau. Tammy worked hard to find us the perfect home for our wants and desires. She even talked us out of a couple of homes that really didnt fit our needs. We came to trust her and her team so much that we actually bought this home sight-unseen, doing a video conference of the home while we were in Florida. I have high regard and respect for Tammys work ethic and total professionalism. I highly recommend her for your next home sale or purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with the Waraksa Group was a pleasure. We decided to move from California to Wisconsin on a Friday morning, saw listings on line and ended up purchasing our home with the help of Keith by Midnight on Sunday. We certainly appreciated his insight, help and the way he and his group made our move and dream home a possibility. I would recommend Keith and this group for any home purchase.

Tammy and Whitney were great to work with. They helped us every step of they way to get our house sold. Answered our questions and was always available for any of our concerns. They came prepared for initial meeting and we received way more for our house than what a previous realtor thought we should list for. Very happy with Tammy and the Waraksa Group and would definitely recommend.

She had good recommendations for an electrician & carpenter that we needed for a few necessary upgrades. Her expertise is outstanding!Fortunately, we had a buyer within a week. ZillowVERIFIED Tammy from the Waraksa group was fantastic. She is very much dedicated to her job and it shows by her putting in some very long hours. We had a house to sell in Wausau and we live in Oshkosh which could have been difficult. She and her team helped to get some things fixed, and arranged the appointments and the house sold quickly in less than 2 weeks. She was quick to answer e-mails and texts as well. I see why she is up for many awards and is very deserving. We still have many friends in the Wausau area and we will certainly recommend Tammy and the Waraksa group to help with the buy or sell of their homes. Thank you again - Randy and Debbie

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy and her entire team and wonderful! They work together to keep all buyers and sellers needs covered, which I really appreciated when we wanted to hold an open house or asked to see a home last minute. If Tammy wasnt available, a member of her team would step in. I will definitely use her for our future home buying/selling needs. Thanks, Tammy!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy and her group were great to work with. We put a lot of pressure on her to get our house sold in a specific time frame and she worked very hard to get that done. She helped with pictures and showing and even helped pick up some things. Always willing to go the extra mile for her customers. We worked with her on several occasions and they were all fantastic. Thanks Tammy and her group. Want to give a shout out to Mike as well as he is always honest and great to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was absolutely amazing to work with when I listed my house. From the 1st day (making time for me on a Sunday) through closing, she made me feel appreciated and a priority. She didnt skim over paperwork, she explained everything to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. I had multiple offers over asking price within 3 days. Instead of handing me the offers to choose from and try to decipher, Tammy wrote out each one so I could understand them and compare side by side. Her positive attitude, professionalism and integrity are just a few reasons why I will always recommend Tammy.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy and Mike went out of their way to be helpful! We were traveling from 500 miles away and they would set up a full days worth of houses for us to look at. They knew fun facts about the area and the best restaurants for us to try. They were especially helpful when we needed to close quickly and made sure to stay on top of the seller to get all paperwork completed in a timely fashion. We wholeheartedly recommend the Waraksa group and were not disappointed when they were referred to us by a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is amazing. She took us to look at over a dozen houses, in the freezing cold, all over the county. We didn t find what we wanted and had to return home. After we found another house to look at, she did a detailed video walk through, live, answering questions and pointing out pros and cons based on her knowledge of quality and our wishes. We bought the house and when we arrived to see it in person we were even more impressed. I highly recommend Tammy and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED While looking to purchase a home I chose The Waraksa Group as they are a top notch group!Tammy was very diligent with all the required paperwork and was so knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and answering my many questions. Poor Mike was an absolute saint showing me home after home. His knowledge of the properties, locations, and structures was so helpful in my decision process. Tammy and Mike treated me as I was their only customer... they ALWAYS made time for me... they stayed up until midnight with me working on an offer to purchase, all done with smiles on their faces and a professionalism that is out of this world. With my experience with The Warkaksa Group while purchasing my home there was no question as to who I would list my house with when it was time to put my home on the market. I contacted The Waraksa Group and Cassy Veldhorst was my agent for this listing. I loved her from the start! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. Cassy was available for every question I had. With living 1.5 hours away, Cassy made several trips to the home for various reasons for me. Always with professionalism and a get it done attitude. Cassy definitely went above and beyond for making the sale of my home easy for me! I will definitely recommend The Waraksa Group to anyone buying OR selling. Thank you for a job well done during the purchase and the selling of my property!!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancee and I spent more than 2 1/2 days with Tammy as a buyer s agent looking at houses. She was very patient and never even remotely pushy in talking us into any particular house. She simply showed us every house we wanted to look at plus some additional houses she found that met our criteria. She was extremely responsive to our calls, texts and e-mails. She is very knowledgeable and professional. We could not have been more happy with the service she provided from the start of the search through closing today. I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Wausau area. Thanks Tammy!
