ZillowVERIFIED Tammy helped us find and buy a house that was right for us. She took the time to understand our wants and needs. With her knowledge, experience and expertise we were able to negotiate a deal and purchase a new home. We appreciate her attention to detail when going through the house and especially with the contract details. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy and her team did such an amazing job while I was in the process of buying my house. Not only did they share great options but they kept in mind my criteria and important features and ensured those were being met. Tammy was so helpful in discussing work needing to be done post purchase, recommendations and considerations on neighborhood comps and being honest with me. On top of all those positives, Tammy and Samantha were always available and responsive when I needed help. Ultimately all these things led me to buy my perfect first home and I could not be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED I've used Tammy for multiple real estate transactions from my very first home to investment property, land and now my current home. All have been great experiences. I will continue to use Tammy's advice in future real estate transactions. She is great at communicating and has many years of professional experience that can't be taught.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy worked for us during our tumultuous sale of our home. Our first contract buyer failed to obtain financing and Tammy went above and beyond to find another buyer which she did. Unfortunately days before the scheduled closing that buyer informed that they had to sell their house (something that was not revealed) and that contract fell through. Undeterred Tammy found two additional buyers. Tammy qualified both buyers, swept our carpets, held open houses, killed wasps, and as always was a gracious hostess. Closing was last Friday and unfortunately we were out of state. Tammy assured that the paperwork was in order, mailed promptly, and represented us at closing. She performed professionally.
