ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was a pleasure to work with while finding a condo on the lake. We will definitely use her again in the future. We were very picky about what we were looking for and she was able to find us condos to look at with all the right amenities.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Tammy over a 9 month period of time to identify the best possible fit for my family. She did a wonderful job in showing us listing, answering our questions, and negotiating a great price once we found the right place. If we make another purchase in the future we will definitely work with Tammy.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is great! She is very professional and yet easy to talk to. When we sold our condo Tammy went above and beyond in securing a rental agreement for a boat dock that our buyer wanted to rent. Thanks Tammy for being so great.

ZillowVERIFIED I start this review saying Tammy and her family are our friends and that this fact was a concern when we asked her to consider selling our home. Involving friends in our financial matters has never been something my husband or I were comfortable with doing. That said, I want to share the exceptional experience we had working with Tammy. From the moment she arrived to interview for our business she was prepared, professional, head and shoulders above all the other agents we had encountered. During the sales process we continued to be impressed with Tammys knowledge and support.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Tammy Rosenthal. She was very helpful to us when we purchased and sold our second home this summer. We are a distance from the lake, and she made both sales very easy-she did all the work and was always willing to help us on the weekends look at homes and meet to get our home sold. She is great and very knowledgeable and a good negotiator! Thanks so much Tammy!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was amazing!! Hands down one of the best decisions we made.... picking her to help us find our second home. We don't live near by and she made it easy and seem less. ZillowVERIFIED If your buying a property you need to contact this young lady, she's amazing. We found Tammy by dumb luck and worked with her as a buyers agent, we told her what our needs were, price range and area interested in and she quickly arranged several properties to look at. Tammy is so organized, detailed, knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process making it a very pleasant experience! Even after the closing we had some questions and she was there for us, can't say enough nice things about her.

ZillowVERIFIED We greatly appreciate Tammy's knowledge, expertise and responsiveness. We reside in St. Louis, and were nervous about purchasing a home, remotely. Tammy answered every text, call, and email with incredible timeliness. She worked with our insurance and mortgage companies here in St. Louis, and introduced us to those at the Lake we needed to know to make the buying process so very convenient. Tammy provided us with many quality listings, showed us properties on the weekend, and helped us every step of the way to a smooth closing on our lake home. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout our entire buying process of a condo at the lake, Tammy was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I have purchased a number of homes over the years and consider Tammy the best realtor we have ever worked with in that time. Her local real estate knowledge specific to the lake was an asset but her skill at negotiating put her at the top of the list. Tammy was responsive and even worked with our short notice of visits to the area as our primary home is in St. Louis. We would recommend her to anyone interested in real estate at the lake.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Rosenthal was excellent in helping us sell our condo. Her professional expertise was so valuable to us in getting our condo sold, especially in a timely manner. The entire closing process on the final selling of our condo was handled beautifully, and exactly as stated in the checklist we received prior to the actual closing--extremely efficient! ZillowVERIFIED Paul & Ruth Bought Condo 10/2015 In Camdenton Mo Area Tammy and the rest of the Fran Campbell team were fantastic. There was always a team member available to help or to answer a question. Our process started over a year ago looking at properties on-line. When we first contacted Tammy, she got to know us and our tastes and catered her recommendations accordingly. She also brought her years of experience and knowledge of the lake into play. We had always looked at the Osage Beach area. But Tammy, knowing what we were looking for, guided us outside our comfort zone to the other end of the lake where we found the perfect unit. Another great aspect of Tammy is her level of professionalism in conjunction with a high level of personal service. Being out of state she came through several times with above and beyond service. One specific instance was when she sat in the unit taking measurements of every straight surface in the condo. Then she transcribed it onto a layout and emailed it to us so we could work with a designer. As a side note, I feel that the search capabilities of the teams website are extraordinary and greatly facilitated our search efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was very professional and knew the local real estate market very well especially the Condo market which we were interested in. We made an offer on a property and our offer contained a few unique provisions which would save us money on the front end if the offer was accepted. Tammy wrote the offer and added something to it that I did not think of which saved us approximately another $1,000. We had a few other challenges which she dealt with and protected our interest throughout the process and we finally closed with the deal we wanted and she was a big part in making that happen.
