Five Stars! and more if possible. If you need a realtor, Tammy Roberts is the one to call. She helped us move from Texas to Tenessee and served as our eyes and ears in the process. We bought a house in Kingsport without visting it. Tammy was amazing! She responded promptly every time we messaged or called her. She quickly arranged showings for all properties we were interested in. Tammy engaged my wife and I during a neighborhood open house and then followed up with a personal written letter offering her help to sell our house. We decided on a Sunday to text her asking for a time to come by and look at our house and discuss listing it. She and Linda Lisa came by the next evening, explained to us the process, took pictures, and we had signed papers and listed the house that Friday. We had an offer by Sunday and in a little over a month closed on the sell of our house. Tammy and Linda did a great job and we can definitely recommend that you use them if you are interested in selling your house.

As a first time home buyer, the entire home buying process seemed incredibly daunting & nearly impossible until I met the perfect realtor. I was very blessed to have Tammy guide me through the entire process! In my initial conversations with Tammy, I set some specific criteria for what I was and was not looking for in a home. Tammy searched high and low and found some great options that met all my initials wants & needs. However, the more houses I looked at the more my taste gravitated in the opposite direction of my initial criteria. Tammy was adaptable and accommodating through my evolving list of aEURoewantsaEUR? and aEURoedont wantsaEUR?. Tammy was always available whether through phone call, text, or e-mail. I (unintentionally) tested this numerous times as a new question or worry popped in my head. Tammy seemed to have an endless amount of patience answering my billion questions related to the buying process and home ownership in general. All of the qualities are admirable, but her quick bias for action is by far her most valuable quality as a real estate agent. Tammy found my dream house only a few hours after it was listed on a Friday afternoon! Tammy worked quickly to arrange a showing for the following Sunday afternoon aEUR" not an easy feat considering I was out of town at the time. By the time I was able to see the house in person on Sunday another offer had already been submitted. I was heartbroken, but Tammy worked into Sunday night to put together my offer on my dream home and get it submitted for consideration by the seller. Her quick turnaround time and actions resulted in not only finding my dream house, but my offer being accepted by the seller too! If it wasnt for Tammy and her tireless effort I would have completely missed out on my dream house! If you would like to work with a real estate agent who is highly skilled, adaptable, and sincerely invested in your best interest, look no further than Tammy Roberts.

With the right company, most do one a month. I have done one a week for one house, and that was put in the selling agreement.
