Tammy showed me a house that I found out after house inspection needed extensive costly repairs . I was unable to come to an agreement with the seller so the deal fell through. Tammy guilt tripped me into letting the seller keep my earnest money because the sellers felt "all the money shouldn't have just went to inspections" even tho the contract that was signed by everyone didn't say they wanted a non refundable deposit . I was also told it's cause the house was off the market 2 weeks and they may have missed an opportunity even tho the house was already for sale for MONTHS prior to me seeing it . So didn't get house and she made sure seller atleast got 500 bucks for doing nothing when I've been the one drive 5 hours one way for inspections and checking on the house etc .Tammy didn't have my best interest in mind at all only the sellers she represents.

Tammy went above and beyond helping us. We were from out of state with a list of homes we had found online that we wanted to look at in multiple towns. We stopped at the first house and called the listing agent, which was Tammy, she met us at the house within 20 minutes to show us the property. She then showed us two other listings in the area. We thanked her and continued on to the next town. The following day on our way back through we had one more house we were interested in looking at. Tammy was able to meet us again on short notice to show the property and also told us of another one to drive past and look at on our way there. We put in a verbal offer on a house to gauge where the sellers were. She was very helpful through the process as we were no longer in the same state. She took care of issues as they came up with our lender, keeping us and the sellers in the loop. She was there through the entire process for us and so easy to work with. We will recommend her to any one coming to the area and use her again should we find ourselves looking for an agent.
