Tammy was very diligent in helping us locate a house that not only met our needs, but also the layout, etc., knowing we were downsizing. The process took several months, with the first 7 offers we made on houses having higher offers accepted. Tammy kept us updated frequently on possible houses before our offer was accepted on #8. Tammy was great to help us sell my mother's home. She is very professional and accommodating. She met with us to view my mothers home to let us know what we needed to do to get it ready for the sale and she researched the home with other similar homes to give us a price that it would most likely sell for. She let us do our updates without pushing us, she knew this was very hard since I had just lost my mother a few months prior to this. Once we were ready to place the home on the market, she met with us, she set up the photographer to come take some great pictures. Within 48 hrs of being on the market she delivered us 8 contracts that was above sale price. She went over each one with me. If you are looking for a Class A Realtor you need to call Tammy!
