Tammy took the time to explain to me, at the time of my listing, that lake lots weren't selling quickly, as current Inventory was extremely high. She told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear and although the market was soft for lake lots, she marketed my lot as if it was the only lot she had. It took some time to sell, but Tammy went through the network of people and found a buyer that wanted my lot and she got it sold. She sent in her team for photos and floor plan drawing and the listing went live early in the month. I had a full price offer the same day and the buyers did not actually see the house as they were out of the country. They made the offer based on the fantastic photos which made the house look incredible. The saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" was certainly true in this case!!
