Tammy Lancaster is a full time Broker Associate at Weichert Brigantine Realty. Her knowledge comes from 20 years experience in all phases of Real Estate. She has handled everything from first time Home Buyers, Investors, 2nd Homes, Rental Properties, to Luxury Waterfront Homes.

Tammy has been acknowledged with awards from her local Real Estate Board since 2005. Since coming to Weichert in 2014 she has received numerous awards starting with the Ambassadors Club in 2015 and the last three years the Presidents Club. 2018 she was named Top Selling Agent by Weichert in her three state district. 2019 she was awarded the prestigious Chairman Club award. That is awarded to less than 2% of all Weichert agents.

Tammy is continually expanding her knowledge on how to better serve her clients. In 2017 she was awarded the ABR Designation which is Accredited Buyers Representative and the RSPS which is the Resort & Second Home Property Specialist.
