ZillowVERIFIEDTammy listed our home in early April, she made unprofessional comments about our former agent, but despite my first reaction I agreed with my husband to list with her. The house sold the 3rd day it was listed and the 1st day it was shown. Actually the pictures from the previous agent were still on the website as Tammy didn't take hers until about 1 pm on Saturday. From the start Tammy had to to be reminded that I was part of the equation also, usually only informing my husband of what was going on. In a normal situation this would be fine, but my husband and I are estranged and she was aware of this. The final walk through happened on May 29th at 10 am and I wasn't aware of it until about 5 pm. I wasn't informed, texted, emailed, nothing, and when I questioned her about it she gave me quite the attitude. I feel that she didn't give me the customer service, that one would expect from a realtor. I did leave a review on her agency website, but I guess they only post the good reviews, but I feel this needs to be out there to protect others, and maybe just maybe she will try to improve her customer service skills with her next client.
