ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Tammy when we came to visit Colorado Springs last year. She originally was working with the in-laws to help them buy a home here as we were coming to town as renters until we were ready to buy a home. Tammy was wonderful at sending the in laws homes that we would look at on their behalf! Everything was going according to plan until this May. We received notification that our landlord was selling the home we were renting and we had 60 days to get out. To say we were absolutely panic stricken was an understatement. I immediately called Tammy to tell her what happened in hopes she had a solution!! She did!! We immediately began our approval process for a home loan (something I didnt even think we would qualify for!) and we were pleasantly surprised when we found out just a day later what we qualified for in a home loan. Whats started off as sheer panic became something we actually looked forward to, becoming homeowners! Tammy told us that she would help us find our perfect home and we werent going to settle for anything less than our dream home. We started shopping right away and Tammy got us in to see every home we thought looked good. We walked into one home, and knew it was the one! She was able to write our loan documents to really show us as a competitive buyer, and was working on making everything perfect well into the night! She said shes available all day every day and she definitely proved it! We actually were in the middle of touring another home (always making sure we had a back up!) as we got the notification that our offer was accepted!!! She got to celebrate with us! She continued to be so helpful through the entire process as I had no idea the work that went into buying a home. Her entire team was excellent in keeping us in the loop, always there to answer questions, and tell us how the time line was looking. We ended up closing a week early! Woo hoo! We recently moved in and wish we could buy again because she was just so great to work with! She is currently working with the in-laws as they are getting ready to close on their home too!! We all highly recommend Tammy! Shes kind, understanding, yet tough at the negotiation table and will do everything she can for you! Thank you again Tammy! You turned a horrible aEURoeeviction noticeaEUR? into our dream scenario!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is great to work with and very responsive. She works hard at getting the job done. Tammy went above and beyond to help us with any and ALL issues we came across whether it was the purchase of our new home in this crazy market, or counseling us on the sale of our old home.

ZillowVERIFIED Being new to the area and not knowing where to go to find someone that would help me who wasn't just out for a quick sale but would put my interest first was doubtful. That is until I met Tammy. I have used Realtors services many times in the past but none of them compare to Tammy. She is there to help you and save you money if possible (which she did for me).She is no pressure but what I found refreshing is she is a person of integrity and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy constantly went above and beyond to help me with the sell of my home and the purchase of a new one. She sold my home in 4 days and for more than we were asking! She was prompt to respond to all my concerns and kept constant contact with me. When it came time to buy my new home she even made personal sacrifices to make sure I had the home of my dreams! I am extremely grateful to Tammy for all her hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED Trusting a professional should be a given, in this case, she proved herself to be uninformed. Would not recommend her if you are looking for a home to buy. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about her city, but with all due respect, too much of a "good old boy" network to represent you if you are trying to buy a house from one of her relatives or friends. misleading information and when viewing houses she is very opinionated about the home, a realtor should let the buyer decide for themselves, it is a matter of personal taste.

She works diligently to hear her customer's needs, wants, concerns and she does her best to keep you focused on your actual dreams instead of becoming side-tracked in the process. ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Jenkins has assisted me on both ends of the spectrum, buying and selling. Her knowledge and her flexibility to work with my schedule saved me a tremendous amount of money both times. She is energetic and persistent, has good resources for financing, and experienced in the real estate market. Tammy helped me sell a house in the Plant City area, then purchase a home in another area about 40 miles away. She did all the research for me, and was there beside me each time I visited my new home before the purchase. She joined me for the home inspection as well. Her qualities along with her negotiation skills make the deals.
