When working with Tammy, she doesn't make you feel like you're one of many clients. She makes you feel like you're her one and only with the attention to detail she gives you. I highly recommend Tammy if your a first time buyer I know it can be scary and confusing. You need someone like Tammy. If you've bought a home in the past, it's amazing the things that Tammy knows that were not brought up by a different realtor, again you need someone like Tammy. ZillowVERIFIED For over a year we looked for a house. We drove by a property one day and decided to take a look. The house was vacant but was not for sale. Tammy somehow found out the owner lived in Florida. She went on Facebook and found a realtor in Florida who contacted the owner. Turns out he was interested in selling. The property had been vacant for a while, so it needed some work. Tammy found me a contractor to work on the house. She also found a company to repair and clean the broken duct work. She went way above and beyond what a realtor would do. She showed me a lot of properties before finding this one. She was always available, and worked really hard to get me the house I wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Tammy was awesome! She went way above and beyond to help me. After talking with other agents who gave me a lot of empty promises and false hope I went to Zillow and stumbled across Tammy. After a enlitighted conversation she walked me through the process of pre approval, and had that done in a timly fashion. To my dismay some things on my end needed to be handled before I could even start looking to purchase a home. This was a while ago she still keeps me in mind sending me listings and checking on me to see about my progress. I should be ready in a month or so and will be using her indefinitely! Not only did I find an agent I also found a friend!
