ZillowVERIFIED Out of all of the realtors out there you need to choose Tammy Hill at Keller Williams. Tammy is very honest, ethical, and caring. She goes out of her way for her clients from assisting you with home staging, having beautiful photographs taken, and holding your hand through the entire home selling process. Tammy ensures you are protected and is very knowledgeable about contracts and the legality of everything. Tammy also ensures for her clients that the lenders and the other realtors are on the ball to get all parties closed in the timeliest manner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Tammy is a loyal hardworking go getter! She will produce results and get your home sold!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Hill is an amazing person and a fantastic realtor! She has a deep knowledge about homes in general and knew everything about our buying and selling process start to finish. Her keen eye for style and intuition regarding what works along with a laser focus on the tasks that matter had us listing our home in three weeks. We sold in just over a week and closed on both homes a month later. During those two months she stayed ahead of every single detail, coordinating inspectors, contractors, lenders, realtors, buyers and sellers, keeping us informed every step of the way. She was always available and answered every question that came up from details as trivial as should a light fixture be higher or lower to financial particulars. Beyond just support by phone she shows up in person too. She loaded trash from our old home into her own car for disposal, offered to take our dog while our home showed, picked up pizza for movers and offered to help clean up the yard at our new home even after we'd signed closing papers! Tammy Hill is a force of nature. She's an energetic people-person who knows her product and industry. If you're ever lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with her you should seize it because she will make it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Over the last nine months as my agent, she was timely with responses and proactive with updates. Her communication was constant and kept me fully engaged throughout the process until the last document was signed. She has repeatedly gone above and beyond to provide the best experience for all parties. I now consider Tammy a good friend and would highly recommend her to any future buyer/seller.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to begin this review except to say my whole experience with Tammy Hill has been nothing but exceptional. With the death of my son, it was time to move closer to my girls and they contacted Tammy through an ad I received. It was the best thing they ever did. Even though I moved out of State before my home was listed, Tammy went above and beyond to sell it for me. I also made a friend in the process which can't be beat. She constantly kept in contact telling me what was happening and helping me every step of the way. If you need a realtor - Tammy Hill is only one I recommend. You won't be sorry!

ZillowVERIFIED When Tammy took us around during our one week of house hunting time, she was knowledgeable of the local area and was able to match up what we were wanting to what was on the market. Once we had selected the property, the true value of Tammy came to bear. She stayed in contact and dealt with the bank, the other realtor, inspectors, and everyone else while we were back in Texas. Tammy's attention to detail and communication skills made a difficult process achievable. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tammy and I have and will continue to recommend her services to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy worked very hard to help us locate just the right home. She took the time to thoroughly understand everything we were seeking and notified us right away when new properties were coming on the market that fit our criteria. Our availability for showings was difficult due to our work schedules and distance but Tammy was very accommodating and always found a way to make things work.

ZillowVERIFIED I was moving in from out of state and Tammy was very helpful! She was able to set up all the showings on a two day notice over Thanksgiving. Once I decided on a house she went in my place for all the inspections that had to be done as I wasnt in town until the closing date. She worked really hard to make the process super easy even over the distance.

ZillowVERIFIED I was one of Tammys first clients! I was relocating back to the area after being gone for 3 years. I also had a home in a different state to sell before purchasing a new one. Tammy was always available to walk thru the many many homes before I made my decision. Buying a home is very stressful and she made the process very easy, working with the builder and making sure everything was in order when we closed. I would recommend Tammy to my friends and family any day!
