I am one of only 2800 agents in the US who hold this esteemed designation, while earning this designation I was trained in superior negotiation skills, allowing me to negotiate advantageous terms for my clients. Second, I hold a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. This designation provides me a more fully comprehensive foundation of skills to represent a seller. Combining this with the MCNE designation provides me a great advantage; I know how to get TOP DOLLAR for my sellers in today's competitive market. Additionally, I also hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation. This designation also provides me with a more targeted approach to buyer representation.
