I have completed specialized training to help me service my clients. First, and possibly foremost, is the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation. I am one of only 2800 agents in the US who hold this esteemed designation, while earning this designation I was trained in superior negotiation skills, allowing me to negotiate advantageous terms for my clients.
Second, I hold a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. This designation provides me a more fully comprehensive foundation of skills to represent a seller. Combining this with the MCNE designation provides me a great advantage; I know how to get TOP DOLLAR for my sellers in today's competitive market.
Additionally, I also hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation. This designation also provides me with a more targeted approach to buyer representation. Buyers have a lot of information thrown their way during a real estate transaction, I am dedicated to walking the buyer through the maze, supporting them while they navigate through the transaction.
