ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Tammy Goolsby and her team was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She has a strong grasp of the market and took the time to walk us through every step of selling our home. Communication was always clear and timely, and her team was quick to answer questions and handle documents, which made the process feel very manageable. Tammy really exceeded our expectations when it came to marketing. She put together beautiful mailers for the surrounding neighborhood, which helped create strong interest in our home. We had consistent showingsaEUR"even in DecemberaEUR"and our house was under contract in under three weeks, which speaks volumes about her strategy and effort. Tammys more than 20 years of experience truly showed throughout the process. Her guidance was thoughtful, practical, and always made sense, and she kept us well informed about what was needed along the way. We felt confident and supported the entire time and would highly recommend Tammy Goolsby and her team to anyone buying or selling a home

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Tammy through the sale of several homes and have had a fantastic experience with her every time. She is committed to providing the highest quality service. She communicated with me clearly and consistently through each transaction, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and confidence in each step of the way. I have worked with several realtors over the years, and Tammy is by far the best. There is no one else I would trust with something so important as buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Goolsby You and your Team are AMAZING! Mary and I have never had the experience of selling a house like we have with you. When everything around us ( other Realtors listing ) were not selling you came in and in less than a week we had a full offer and closed in 21 days...WOW! Everything you did from helping us to prepare to list and show, to advertisements, video showing on social media and all the expert advise you gave as we went through the process was truly the BEST! A local business man told us that everything Tammy Goolsby touches in the housing market turns to gold. He was right. Thank you and God Bless you !

ZillowVERIFIED What a wonderful experience it was working with Tammy! My husband and I live on the east coast and Tammy helped us find the perfect home for our daughter and grandchildren. And it didnt stop there. Tammy connected us with people in the community to support our daughter as she transitions to Ione. A consummate professional, we also found Tammy to be kind, compassionate, and a strong advocate. We truly feel blessed to have found Tammy. The right person at the right time helped us find the right house. We highly recommend Tammy Goolsby to anyone looking for an exceptional agent in the area. Great experience for all of us!

ZillowVERIFIED We just sold our house and Tammy Goolsby with Coldwell Banker Realty was instrumental in helping us to get it done. Although it has been a difficult year after the loss of our beloved mom, Tammy helped us with this challenging part of her estate. Once we made the decision to hire her, she took right over with the selling of this house, jumping right in and seeing to the many details that come with selling a house. Her service came with lots of multimedia access, including professionally printed picture cards and our very own TV commercial! She was with us every step of the way and was pleasant and helpful to work with. Thank you Tammy and Coldwell Banker Realty for helping us through a difficult and challenging time. The sale of this house has given us the ability to move forward with our lives and put an offer in on our future home. Sincerely, B&T Vinson

ZillowVERIFIED When you hire someone to sell your home, you expect a level of professionalism and knowledge that will yield results in a timely manner. You put your trust in that individual listing your home. You expect an individual with 18 years of experience to produce results. It is one of the most significant decisions you will ever make. After interviewing several realtors, we felt very comfortable that Tammy could give us the results we were looking for. We were amazed that Tammy had an offer on our home after being on the market for 1 day. She guided us through the selling process and kept us informed as that process moved forward. In our opinion you will NOT FIND a more qualified realtor who can deliver the results you are looking for than Tammy Goolsby.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our home in Elk Grove, California. I can't say enough positive about our realtor, Tammy Goolsby from Coldwell Banker. From the beginning with questions regarding how much we could list our home for to the end with questions on how to field multiple offers, my husband and I felt supported. We felt the need for a lot of support, yet our personal opinions were always treated with respect. Tammy is every bit a professional. She is extremely responsive, polite, and knows her business well. ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is a true Pro. Just sold our house 5/21. Helped us make some difficult decisions like pricing it right, staging and making it available for buyers to view. We sold our house without any panic or deep discounting. Tammy was excellent at negotiating with the many offers we received to insure a clean and fair sale between us and the buyers. A true delight to deal with and a superb communicator. We highly recommend. Thanks Tammy - Tom & Maria

ZillowVERIFIED I have to confess that I was a bit nervous at first. I had made arrangements with another agent who, when the time came to look at houses, went on vacation and handed me off to Tammy. Luckily, I couldn't have been put in better hands.Tammy showed us six houses in a day and, in a process that I thought would take two months, landed us our dream house that same evening...with a great price, negotiated to a substantial discount from the asking price. The service didn't end there. Tammy was very helpful in arranging furniture purchases from the sellers as well as coordinating an awkward delivery of heavy wheelchair ramps that came late.As we were doing a long distance move, we couldn't be onsite until moving day. Tammy made a very stressful move and sale go as smooth as silk.I would not hesitate to recommend her to any house hunters in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Best service and attention any could ask for. Before, during, or after the sale. This is my third home purchase and Tammy has been the best. Tammy always had the person she represented in mind. Her follow up and follow through was impeccable. Tammy even followed up on a request that was mentioned light heartedly. If you want service, courtesy, detail, and a knowledgeable realtor to help in ANY real estate transaction, Tammy is the one.

ZillowVERIFIED When we were looking for a home to purchase, she was always available to show me properties that had just come on the market, had price reductions, fell out of escrow or properties we had not seen before and wanted to see. She sent me automatic emails of new properties on the market with the features we wanted which was quite helpful. As we viewed homes, I would ask her what she felt the fair market value of the home was which helped me to evaluate whether the home was fairly priced or over priced. This helped me to get a feel for values in the area. I recommend Tammy highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Tammy on a professional level for over a decade. I highly recommend her for business and personal real estate. She provides a level of personalization that not many realtors can. She has sold a home for me by going beyond what was asked. Prompt follow-up with potential buyers that have looked at the home. Regular and consistent open house events on Saturdays (due to attending church on Sundays). She is always pleasant and easy to talk to.
