She Posted misinformation on MLS. Couldnt answer buyer questions, many of which she could have answered if she would have just visited the home after getting my listing. She never printed flyers to be left at rental. Not all showings were scheduled by her. She did not give me advice that would benefit me.. such as selling aEURoeas isaEUR? versus agreeing to pay 1.5% of sale price for repairs. Selling as is doesnt preclude the buyer asking for whatever repairs they would like seller to do. Agreeing to a percent, which she did not advise against resulted in Tammy telling me the requested repairs fell within the contractaEUR|even replacing light bulbs. It seemed that the majority of my questions were answered with aEURoeit is standard.aEUR? Including my question about me paying the buyers Broker commission. A law was recently passed that made the buyer responsible for their buyers commission. It is not easy to get laws passed so there is a good reason for the law. Almost everything in an offer is negotiable, including who would pay Buyers broker but Tammy insisted that it was standard for me, the seller, to pay. I do not feel she had my best interests at heart. I did not agree to paying a broker agent in my listing agreement with Tammy and yet at closing she informed the closing company I would be paying her 5%, of which she would pay buyer broker 2.5%. In our listing agreement I had only agreed to pay her 2.5%aEUR|not the 5% they wanted to collect at closing.
