After receiving notice that my mother in law was in need of moving into assisted living, I made a call to one of my realtor friends in Montana asking her for a reference in the Boston area of someone who would be interested in selling her longtime residence. Tammy was referred to us and my wife and I couldnt have been more pleased! While we were dealing with getting my wifes mom medical care and assisting her in this major life transition, Tammy immediately started making contacts and working on our behalf to sell moms home. In a matter of days she had us an offer and and assisted all the way until the end of the closing process. She was always readily available, returned our calls and kept us posted through the entire process. During a difficult time for us, Tammy eliminated one of our biggest worries and burdens of selling moms home. We sure wish that mom could have stayed in her home of 30+ years but shes in a great place now and we sure have Tammy to thanks for making this happen!

We used Tammy to buy our new home and sell our old condo. Tammy was a breath of fresh air. We enjoyed working with her throughout the entire process. When buying our new home, Tammy was not shy in writing up an aggressive offer that some other agents would have been too nervous to write. Tammy gave us her thoughts and inputs, but let us drive the process and was not pushy. In what should have been a stressful situation, Tammy made certain that everyone was calm and well informed and helped guide us through the entire process. In selling our condo, Tammy set us up with a stager to help us prep the house and aggressively priced our condo so that it sold within a weekend (above asking) and we had to cancel an open house! We did all of this while we were 8 months pregnant and had a toddler. Tammy delivered on all fronts and while we hope we are in our forever home, we will definitely use Tammy again!
