ZillowVERIFIED Tammy clearly went above and beyond all our expectations. We had many issues to deal with and Tammy had the answers or knew where to pursue resolution. It has taken far longer than anticipated because of some regulations but she never gave up the fight. Tammy was like was a very knowledgeable advocate for us, always leading us through confusing issues.during our selling experience. We would retain her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was very helpful and informative. She was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner, especially since we weren't from the area. It was a very smooth process working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy helped find properties to meet our needs. When the seller got weird, by not responding to our offers and substantially increasing the purchase price while limiting the sales commission, she dealt with them and helped us close the deal. I highly recommend Tammy Creel.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I purchased a home in Wamic, Oregon with the help of Tammy Creel. From the time we called her, to the time we closed escrow, was a wonderful experience. We race lawnmowers and so we wouldn't miss our races, Tammy came to the race track with the papers for us to sign, she is a god sent. We give her 10 stars for her performance, her personality and her professionalism. Thank you again Tammy for making our dream house in Oregon come true. rick and susan smith of california

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is a good communicator, and a pleasure to work with! She really knows her stuff and has been a great help. Tammy also put me in touch with several local service providers that have been helpful. I would highly recommend her to help with a real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Tammy! This was one of the smoothest R/E purchases we've ever had. Tammy went out of her way to make sure there weren't any snags or hold-ups in the deal and helped us with invaluable tips and advice on local services. Being new to this area, she also went out of her way to make us feel welcome in the neighborhood. Finding a good agent in an area that you aren't familiar with can seem like a roll of the dice sometimes, but we feel like we got really lucky with Tammy and we would definitely refer to her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was on our side from the first time we called her. We had no idea of the hurdles in store for us buying rural property and there is no way we could have done it without her. She was a bulldog when it came to rooting out problems with the property. She immersed herself in learning about water rights, flood zone issues, man made ponds, earthen dams and government bureaucracy. Her knowledge of the area, her contacts at the local and county levels proved to be invaluable. We were in close contact throughout the entire process, she kept us abreast of everything she was doing while guiding us step by step along the way. Her ability to negotiate and defuse tense situations was very much appreciated. You cannot go wrong with Tammy on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing our first home was an excellent, stress-free experience thanks to Tammy. She came highly recommended, from an acquaintance of ours. We were first time buyers and leery about the entire process. We didn't want to be hustled through the process by a pushy Realtor. The exact opposite happened. Tammy was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She helped us find the house that was right for our family. With her help we were able to negotiate a price that worked for us. There were a couple of hang-ups, which she went out of her way to take care of. I am so glad we came across Tammy. We couldn't have been happier with the results and would highly recommend her. -Happy Homeowner
