ZillowVERIFIEDTammy is truly amazing! She helped us relocate from Houston to Massachusetts seamlessly. She sent video tours of the home we ultimately purchased and changed her schedule to accommodate last minute home shopping when we could fly in. She is very knowledgeable and kind!! Can't say enough great things about her?? Thank you Tammy for being so awesome and helping us find our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy worked with us as we ventured into the home buying process. She was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. She got to know our needs and wants and patiently guided us through the ups and downs of purchasing a home. When we arrived for the first time to see the house we eventually bought, she knew it was the right one! Tammy is a knowledgeable, people person. She knows her industry and would be an asset to anyone in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Tammy after looking for information on Zillow. She was a local Realtor who we found out had a mutual friend. Tammy knows the area well and after finding our perfect home match we purchased it in July.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very professional and pleasant to work with, especially with my situation (my ex husband and I needed to sell the home we both owned). She worked very hard to find a buyer, then helped us through negotiations to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is very conscientious concerning the needs of the buyer. Her goal is to satisfy the buyer and not just make a sale. She gives advice to help the buyer understand the real estate market esp. if the buyer needs to sell their home. She is prompt to return all emails and set up dates to see homes and land as well. She is honest and sincere. We are still working with Tammy on purchasing land to build in Templeton.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was my realtor when I purchased my home on a lake. The transaction was particularly difficult due to unusual circumstances because it was waterfront property, but Tammy was professional throughout and went the extra mile to ensure any concerns were addressed. It is with pleasure I recommend Tammy Byars and I would use her again for future transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED I've had realtors in the past who I felt were only concerned about their own bottom line and making a commission. From start to finish with Tammy, I never once felt as though she cared about anything but finding my family the house that would work best for US. Can't recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy really is an awesome realtor and person. She is so patient with us...even after showing us like 30 houses! She makes our needs a priority, not her paycheck, which I can't say about a lot of real estate agents that I have dealt with in the past. We have had to stop our search temporarily for personal reasons but when we are ready I am confident that Tammy will help us find the perfect home. Bottom line...call her!! You won't be dissapointed!
