Tammy is fantastic! My husband travels for work so there were multiple times she had to show us a property twice. She was always pleasant and didn't rush us despite the differences between my husband and I with regards to our taste. She was always kind to our children and helpful with them if we needed to examine something closer and they couldn't join. Tammy was always available and eager to help. She also suggested a great mortgage company (this is our 3rd home and not all companies are pleasant to deal with). She is very knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. Not only would I recommend her I know we will use her to sell our current home and when we purchase another she will be the one we choose!

I have worked with Tammy for a little over 8 years now and would recommend everyone I know to her. She is always on top of things when it comes to selling your home and when buying a home. She is simply amazing at what she does and has never steered us in the wrong direction. Might I add that she has found us 3 homes (including the one we live in currently and absolutely love) and has sold our others.

Very helpful with the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. She is very professional Agent that made the whole process very easy and comfortable. She did a lot of searching for us on a new home and we love it no buyer remorse here. She was very impressive with her knowledge of where we fit in the market with the sale of our home and it sold just like she said it would and the price was spot on. Making the transition from seller to buyer was as smooth as it get and we are happy with decision to use Tammy on both properties. She even got information on all form of utilities at new location like who provided services in the area for Cable, internet, phone, water, gas, electric, vehicle tags made oiur job so much faster and easier. She is a people person so meeting home owners and touring their homes was very enjoyable and informative enough to be able to decide on the right home for us.

We loved tammy! We had a very short deadline to find our perfect home and tammy helped us find it under our deadline! Very professional and stayed in constant communication with us daily. She made my first time buying a home less stressful and walked me through everything.

I have been working with Tammy over 10 years. Tammy is very responsive to my phone calls, she has a lot of knowledge as to what a house is worth rather selling or buying. She is familiar with all areas in and around Nashville. She is a professional in this field and knows how to negotiate any deals. She has helped a friend, a sister, a son in the purchase of their homes as well as mine. We consider Tammy the families realtor.
