ZillowVERIFIED Tammy helped sell my apartment. She was an extremely helpful and supportive part of the process as I was unfamiliar with the neighborhood and the building. First, she helped us determine what work we should complete in the apartment before listing it. Then Tammy located local workmen to perform the painting and flooring work. Then she found a buyer within a few weeks time. She was an integral part of the sale of the apartment; her dedication, knowledge of the area/building, professionalism and warm personality made the process stress free for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Tammy Blau as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Tammy ? There is no one more professional and knowledgeable than her ! And her customer service is outstanding too.. Whenever I'd reach out to her, she'd get back to me immediately. If she had to get an answer from another source, she'd be right on it and then right back to me. Even playing a little hardball when necessary, but never crossing the line. She was simply on top of everything throughout the entire selling process. I highly recommend Tammy for any and all of your buying or selling real estate needs. You won't be sorry !

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is an absolute professional, a straight shooter and a delight to work with. She was extraordinarily helpful and went far and above the role of a Real Estate Agent to make my Condominium into a home that sold in a weekend. She helped us put it into a saleable condition by introducing us to local handyman, flooring contractors, attorneys, etc. Bottom line, she made a difficult situation easy and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent experience with Tammy - she is professional, knowledgeable, honest, ethical, and really cares about her clients. Buying a house can be a complicated and overwhelming process with all of its intricacies, especially for my husband and I who were looking for a home in Bayside while being remote across the country in California. Tammy took all the stress out of the home buying process with her positive attitude and unmatched expertise. She consistently sent us prospective homes within minutes of them hitting the market and immediately got more information and viewing appointments on properties we were interested in- exactly what you need in today's crazy, highly competitive market! Tammy visited properties for us, took thorough photos and videos, hosted live video tours via FaceTime, and researched additional information about each property. Tammy doesn't strive to just make a sale- she is straightforward, goes above and beyond to find properties, and thoroughly explains the pros and cons of each property. We knew we were in great hands from the very first moment we spoke to her and she helped get us our dream home within a couple weeks. Given the competitiveness of the market and limited inventory, at times we reluctantly felt we needed to change our criteria but Tammy never waivered. She assured us we'll find our dream home in the neighborhood we sought with the requirements we had and encouraged us to stay the course. We without a doubt knew that Tammy always had our and our children's best interest in mind. Thank you Tammy for a wonderful home buying experience, we are so happy to have found you! #TeamTammy

When I finally decided to buy, Tammy patiently took me by the hand and walked me through the whole buying process. Tammy is a true professional. ZillowVERIFIED Tammy helped me buy a home, which is considered a lot, (not a land). She was the one who referred me to a real estate lawyer. By doing this, it took a huge weight off my hands by saving me the time & aggravation of having to find one on my own, plus, he was already known to her, so that made me feel that i can rely on him more. The closing went well, & Tammy should get some credit for assisting in the preparation for it. Thank you Tammy

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Tammy on multiple real estate transactions: She was the seller's agent when I purchased a condo at Bay Club. I was so happy with her services, I hired Tammy as my agent when I was selling the condo. She also helped me to rent out my townhouse. She is very professional, responsive and goes the extra mile to get the deal done. I highly recommend her for selling, buying or renting. Success is all about going the extra mile and Tammy does.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was professional and effective. I needed to sell my cooperative apartment in Bayside, New York City. I contacted Tammy Blau to help me sell the cooperative apartment. She listed the apartment quickly, set up potential buyers and then proceeded to show the apartment. Once offers were proposed, we negotiated the sale, set up a contract of sale with the buyer and dealt with the cooperative board approval. Unfortunately, the coop board rejected the original buyer, but we eventually got another buyer and completed the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy helped us find the perfect rental apartment for us in 2012. She was a great mediator and made the process very easy and smooth for us. In 2014 when we were ready to purchase a home we contacted her. What we wanted was not easy to find. We were very pleasantly surprised when she called us a few days later with exactly what we were looking for (if not better). She worked really hard to make it all happen for us and we will forever be grateful for what she did. We wouldn't have our beautiful home if it weren't for her. We highly recommend her

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy sold my long island home and found the perfect condominium for me in Queens. She was invaluable in guiding me through both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new appartment. The real estate attorney she recommended was professional and handling of the sale of my home as well as the acquisition of the condo. After the closing on the new apartment, Tammy helped me acquire a parking spot in the garage as well as introduce me to many of the people in the development. Tammy alleviated much of the stress of selling a home and purchasing a new place to live .Tammy was extremely helpful in the negotiations of the sale price of my home and the purchase price of the new condo.

ZillowVERIFIED My family has been working with Tammy for the past few years and could not be happier. Before her, we had a laundry list of realtors who were not genuine, not out for our best interest, and just not personable. Finding a genuine realtor is impossible these days. Tammy has been helpful and considerate from the start and has made us very happy. We've done several deals and never felt cheated. Grab her before she gets too busy because she is rare! Good luck!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Tammy after getting frustrated with other realtors in the area who were completely unresponsive. She contacted me 10 Minutes after I sent her a question via web form and, as a bayside local, was able to directly and honestly answer all my questions. While I was just exploring at that moment, she had advance access to a listing that matched my criteria. Working with Tammy was seamless, transparent and easy. I can't think of anyone I would more highly recommend, especially if they are looking for someone to give them the inside scoop of the bayside community.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a real pleasure working with Tammy. She was a listing agent on the house my husband and I were interested to purchase . We did not have a broker helping us, so Tammy helped us with every step to make the experience of purchasing the first home as easy as humanly possible. She always picked up the phone when we called and responded to our questions in a timely manner. She followed up with an attorney and mortgage broker when we asked her to in order to expedite the process. ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Blau was recommended as someone who could help me rent my Unit in The Bay Club. Despite several telephone calls, Mrs. Blau did not come through. She made an appointment to meet with me, then failed to show up. When I telephoned her to inquire as to her whereabouts, she was rude and sarcastic and did not accept any responsibility for not showing up. In a profession where time is money, Mrs. Blau needs a new timepiece.

She was trustworthy and reliable. Whenever I reached out to Tammy via text, email or called with any inquiries, she was quick to respond and get the job done (late hours, weekends there was no schedule to adhere to) or give full explanations. Tammy is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate Industry. From the first time I met Tammy, I liked her and we had a connection- she was honest and real. She works very hard for her clients and gives her all to get you results. I knew very little about the buying process and Tammy was very proactive and walked me through the steps. Tammy is awesome and I am definitely recommending her services to friends and family. -Sonia-

ZillowVERIFIED Having a top notch realtor makes all the difference! My Queens condo needed renovation and updates before looking for a new tenant. I am not on site and could not do this myself. I was incredibly fortunate to have Tammy Blau work with me. She assessed what needed to be done in my apartment, knew all the best people to do the work, and saw to it that the entire renovation was done perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the job she has done. Tammy then proceeded to find an excellent tenant. I am extremely grateful to Tammy for all her help, for her professionalism, and for going above and beyond what I expected throughout the process. This would not have been possible without her knowledge, dedication, hard work, responsiveness, reliability and trustworthiness. Tammy is also smart, personable, and a delight to work with.
