Tammie was really great to work with and was an advocate for me during the whole process, which I really appreciated. She was super responsive to all my questions, often texting me back right away! One really nice bonus was that she isnt pushy and it never felt like a sales transaction; she was happy to work with me for as long as it took to find my new home. Would highly recommend working with her!

Tammie was great in helping us buy our new house. First, she knows the area very well, knows the market and gave good advice about an offer. She has a real personal enthusiasm for houses, could envision what a house might be. Also, she was low key in her approach. When we expressed concern that a house might be gone before we could see it, she said not to worry, there would be another house for us.

Tammie was so kind and easy to work with. She always had an answer to my many questions, and gave her input without trying to influence our decisions. She is a local person, so knew the local market well. She also helped us negotiate the process after inspections- saving us money in our sale and making sure we got what we needed in our purchase. Overall she was amazing to work with!

Tammie Anderson went above and beyond for me through my home purchase. I truly appreciate all the time she spent organizing home tours, preparing offers, and providing up to date information about the housing market. She made herself available to show on the spur of the moment or on weekends if needed. I highly recommend Tammie at Bella Casa to help you through your home buying experience. Tracy MacDermott

My husband and I were moving from a different state and had only researched the area on the internet. Tammie was so helpful and informed and was able to answer all of our questions. When I came to town she showed me lots of homes that fit my criteria. She didnt try to upsell or talk me into houses I wasnt interested in. She was fun and approachable throughout the process. Once we found the right house, she was there with all the processes, quickly and efficiently. Again, answering all of our questions. We werent able to move in for about a month after escrow closed and Tammie was there to help look after the house and offered references for several services we were looking for. She turned a possibly stressful experience into a fun adventure.

Tammie helped us purchase two properties in the past few years. Both times we bought the homes sight unseen from out of state because we trusted Tammie to carefully represent our interests.

When I met Tammie, I had just found out that I would be doing an unexpected move. She was responsive to my requests, and she prioritized viewings that she knew would fit my needs. When we found my forever-home, Tammie negotiated contracts that exceeded my expectations but also met the best interests of everyone involved. Due to the nuances of the property and of my situation, we found multiple hurdles that matched our current ?20s zeitgeist of ?unprecedented.? She guided me through each of these nuances and introduced me to a lender that had her same ?can-do? approach through closing. Moreover, difficult personal circumstances forced me to keep absolute discretion throughout the purchase; Tammie filtered all information and professionally moved the process forward while keeping my actual name private. Thank you so much!

I can?t say enough good things about Tammie! My home buying journey started in the summer of 2018 when I moved from Colorado to Oregon. Tammie went out of her way to help my sons and I feel welcome and get connected to our new hometown. She has been so patient throughout our home buying process and I know she was just as happy as we were to finally find the perfect home for our family, even if it was 3 years later than we had originally planned! Tammie is very knowledgeable about the local market and was always available to us when we had questions. I highly recommend Tammie for any realty needs. I feel so fortunate that our paths crossed 3 years ago and that I had her to help walk us through our home buying experience!

Tammie responded to our first message in minutes. She was extra patient as we toured with our 5 kids. It was our first home buying experience, and she made the whole process easy as could be. She helped us get our below-price offer accepted, and fought hard to get all of the most important contingencies from inspection resolved. Highly knowledgeable. Highly professional. Highly personable. Highly recommend, and have actively recommended her to our friends and family.

Tammie helped us buy our first house/property, which turned out to be the property of our dreams. It was a real pleasure looking at houses with Tammie. We were living in California while looking for a house in Oregon and had to make the most of periodic visits/remote viewings that she arranged. Tammie is highly organized and efficient - we got through a lot in any given day of viewings and everything went smoothly. We appreciated her style of showing the houses - honest and laidback. She gave us lots of room to think while making helpful observations about aspects that we would not have noticed on our own. Tammies responsiveness was also amazing. If we had a question, she worked quickly to get answers. We were looking at houses in summer 2020, when things in the market seem to be changing quite quickly - she helped us navigate that landscape and come out with our first choice. We highly recommend her services!

Tammie helped both my boyfriend and I find our first home. Even though it took several houses and bidding wars Tammie never gave up on us and got us our perfect first buyers home. We are so thankful to Tammie. If and when we move again she is the one we will call! Thank you so much Tammie for making our first home buyers experience great! Even though it was during a pandemic.

This is the second time my family has worked with Tammie to find our dream home. Even during the COVID pandemic that complicated so many things, she was responsive and timely with our requests and was very friendly to work with. She knows and loves the Silverton area, and I highly recommend working with her!
