    Tammie was extremely helpful in selling my home. She did a great package of comps in the area, explaining to me where the home values stood at the time of my listing. the house sold almost immediately, for full asking price. Tammie and her Office kept me Informed as the Process moved along, even though I was living 650 Miles away.

    My husband and I had been interested in a piece of property for quite some time. I mentioned it to Tammie Bell at some point in conversation and asked her to advise me if the property ever became available. It finally did and within approximately one hour of the listing she made our offer and we now own the property. Tammie handled the transaction quickly and everything went as smooth as butter.
