ZillowVERIFIED Tamiko had her work cut out for her where I was concerned. I first met her about a treat and a half ago while looking for a house to rent. We kept finding houses, but they were being rented faster than we could look at them. This year, I was in the market to purchase a home. We looked a house after house and very few peaked my interest. She was very patient and remained positive and kind during the entire process of finding and purchasing a home. She went from the beginning (looking for the home) all the way to closing. I highly recommend her.

She was always available when i reached out to her either by texting or responding to my phone calls. when ever we wanted to view houses she posted to us or houses we found as we were also searching, she will make neccessary arrangemts. She was readily availible with in our schedule and happy to answere our questions and address our concerns . She was very patience and understanding. She resolved problems that occured during the search process and helped us finally get our dream house. She is a professional and very knowledgeable in her work. No question goes unanswered and she resolves any problems that may accur during the process. She sold my home in Forney Tx. and although competition was very competitive she out worked the other realtors with her creativity to get the house notice and buyers interested. She kept me up to date and we made decisions as a team on what avenue to take. We sold the house in great timing as we were building my new home. She worked closely with the builders to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and when it wasn't she was going to bat for me to make sure I was compensated .
