Our selling experiences was not a smooth one with the buyers asking for extensions etc.. However, Tamika kept away from most of the frustrations and continuous dealt with the buyer's agent. She would come back and give us the feedback and provided us with critical documentations of her communications with the buyer's agent. The result was a very enjoyable experience for us while she dealt with the frustrations of communications with the buyers and their agent. All in all, we were extremely glad that we worked with Tamika to sell our home. The hardest part in selling our property was getting it cleared of belongings, cleaning it up, and painting it. As soon as we finished the prep work, Tamika handled everything else. Based on Tamika's recommendations on repairs/renovations and price listing, we only needed one open house (which she had staged for us) to get the offer we needed. The maximum amount that comparible condos have recently sold for in our area was $445,000. The appraisal report also showed that our condo was worth that amount. Our condo sold for $10,000 above that amount and Tamika managed to add $500 more on top of it.
