She's not kidding on her promotional materials when she claims to provide concierge service! The process began for us when I contacted her about a listing she had posted online. Tami was so knowledgeable about the area and attentive to the details that we asked to meet with her when we were in town for spring break. You see we were moving from out of state and transitioning from one career to another. Accommodating us down to facetiming with a spouse half way around the world several time zones away and working with our crazy schedule was no small task, but she made it happen. When it came time to close the deal, Tami fought for us to get the best deal, the best home inspectors, the best contractors, and the best resolutions down to minutest of details. ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from Houston to San Antonio and we were referred to a couple of realtors, but I was not so excited about them. Then, I asked myself if I did not have any referral, how would I look for a real estate agent? I looked up the criteria to look for and I interviewed a few agents. Tami knocked the competition out of the water when we interviewed her! And it kept on getting better from there! First, even though she has a full and a busy schedule, She was never too busy to answer a text or an e-mail. Always got back to us at least by the end of the day, sometimes within minutes! Then her talent really showed when went out to look for houses, she would point out stuff in the house that we would not have noticed on our own. She was also very knowledgeable on who built which houses and which builders were better than others. Since we were not from San Antonio, we were constrained on time, and some occupied houses at first were not available for showing. She found a way to get us to see them! I was very picky on houses, did not want next to high power line, train tracks, etc. more picky then my wife! But she was patient with me. When we picked a house and it came time to negotiations, she shined! Did I tell you it kept on getting better from here? Well, I dont think I could say it enough. Once we picked a house, the people she recommended for the inspection, home owner insurance, etc. were all top notch! Matter of fact, the home inspector told me sometimes professionals come to Tami to get her to refer them to someone! My home owner insurance that I obtained through Tamis recommendation was half of what the competition quoted! Id say the greatest asset about her is that she never bragged about how good she was, but rather let me find out on my own through her actions! We look forward for a lifetime professional relationship with her!

ZillowVERIFIED It took me a WHILE to decide on a realtor. I'm very particular and I wanted someone that could be honest yet understanding. Well, I FOUND HER! Tami was AWESOME!! You know that person that you meet and you feel like you've known them for years? That's Tami! We were actually buying (building) a new home and selling our old home after we closed on our new home. Tami walked us through the entire process with the builder, gave us pointers (which were outstanding) and saved us a lot of money in the process. We absolutely enjoyed working with her. What's that? You need an added bonus? Tami has a network of people that can do everything you need in order to sell your home! From painter to stager, she was on it. The painter was so good that whenever I need a painter, he's my guy. If you're wondering if Tami is the right choice--stop wasting your time and hire her! It will be worth every penny for this top-notch realtor that provides incredible service. Oh, and before I forget, Tami provides the BEST cookies at closing!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When we found out we were moving to San Antonio, I about panicked! We had lived in FL practically our whole lives and the thought of moving halfway across the country was really scary! We knew NOTHING about the city, the schools or anything. By the grace of God, I happened to hear about Tami from a fellow Air Force family, who were also preparing for an upcoming move to SA. They instantly put me in touch with her!! Tami called me THAT afternoon and I liked her right away!! She was super easy to talk to, almost like we knew each other already. I could tell right away that she was very knowledgeable about the SA market and the traffic patterns that would affect my husband's commute time. She was even able to talk my husband out of going with a different brokerage that was offering money back to Air Force families who bought using their agents (and if you knew my husband then you'd be impressed too) ;) Over the next few months, Tami and I stayed in pretty regular contact as we prepared for our upcoming house-hunting trip. She was always very quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. And she was always able to give me good answers and solutions to my concerns! I felt very confident going into our first in-person meeting. Upon finally meeting Tami, she was awesome! She has a very bubbly and spunky personality. She loves to laugh and tells great stories! We spent a very easy 8 hrs. with her. She took us through almost every house I had requested and drove us through numerous other areas, just so we could get a feel for the area. Not once did she seem as if we were a bother or a waste of her time. As we went through model homes, she knew lots of the other sales folks and it was great to see her rapport with other agents. We knew we had made the right decision choosing Tami; she didn't sugar coat anything and told us exactly what we could expect out of a real estate transaction in SA. She also gave us the definite sense that she doesn't take crap from anyone and that she would do everything to get us exactly what we want!! We ended up choosing to build, in which Tami totally negotiated the price and the upgrade options for us. I didnt even know you could do that with builders!! In the meantime, we still had a home to sell in FL. Unfortunately, that has turned out to be no easy task. And even though Tami is, of course, not our listing agent in FL, she has always been happy to listen to our selling woes and offer advice! She has cheered us on continuously, as we waited patiently for a contract on our FL home (which we finally received YAY)! We will be closing on our new SA home in January and I cannot imagine going through this crazy journey without Tami by our side!!!
