I believe that selling Real Estate is a perfect fit for my life... I have always known that helping people is what I am meant to do with my life. Whether I am listing a home or helping a person/family find a new home it is a very rewarding feeling when that transaction is closed, I feel that I have helped that family start a new chapter in the lives and I LOVE IT!!!! It is not always easy but I truly believe that everything that is worth having is worth fighting for... I am happily married with 2 great children, My husband and I have always been serving the public in some shape or form all of our working lives, we deal with people from all demographics and different back grounds but we always treat people with respect, we treat them the way we would want to be treated. Being a REALTOR is like riding a roller coaster, up and down, up and down... Always jerking you from one side to another! It is thrilling and keeps your blood flowing! I love it!!! Well, most days! Areas of Expertise I am familiar with Shelby, Bibb, Chilton and Jefferson Counties, but where ever my clients are interested I try to educate myself as much as possible about the area. I always ask questions to find the answers. I list and/or sell residential property or commercial property or land with no improvements, whatever I can do to help. My husband and I have worked with Tami on 2 separate occasions - when we sold and built a house in 2018, and when we sold and bought a house in 2024. Tami is amazing!!! We recently listed our home in Alabaster with Tami and after listening to her market insight we had a contract on our home in ONLY 3 days. We were in complete shock that our home sold so quickly and then had to scramble to find our new home. Tami was VERY patient, responsive and guided us through the home search and contract negotiation. She was tolerant and kind with our indecisiveness and developed a great understanding of what we were looking for and helped to keep us in focus. Tami juggled the closing process, lenders, and builder for both homes and cleared all of the obstacles to closing in a very short, time sensitive window.
