I have been a top producing, full time agent for more than 25 years - closing more than $83 million in sales and $89 million in listings in the past 7 years--with an overall average of 35 days on the market, representing both buyers and sellers for properties in Central Florida. In addition to traditional sales, I have been certified for at least 23 years as a corporate relocation specialist with many leading relocation companies--helping both buyers & sellers understand the complex relocation process, documentation & legal requirements. Growing up in a military family, no one recognizes the importance of supporting active duty & veterans as well as first responders as they pursue the dream of home ownership better than me. To compliment my experience and compassion, Military Relocation Professional is another of the certifications earned. I am also a member of the American Legion & VFW. Because of my knowledge and skill in selling luxury properties, I also hold the Global Luxury Certification. Real estate is not my only passion, I am highly regarded for my community involvement in a myriad of volunteer and charitable activities including Habitat for Humanity, Titusville Playhouse Theatre, homeless charities, street festivals and classic car events. Giving back is crucial to my business & personal success with personal donations to local and national charities exceeding more $1,700,000 and countless hours of time and energy to support those causes. I am passionate about the area's history as well as vintage automobiles. I am the proud owner of a 1959 Edsel Corsair (named Miss Dottie) and participate in classic car shows throughout the area.
