ZillowVERIFIEDWe didn?t know any better. We thought we could do it on our own. We were mistaken. Want to know how we got our house? Tami Jones. She is a phenomenal agent. After looking for a short amount of time, we found a house we all loved and she was an integral part of why we ended up being chosen by the owner. She knew what to say to the selling agent, and how to delicately and effectively navigate us through the whole process. Did I mention she specializes in VA loans as well? We are a retired military family and used the VA loan program, which is much more complicated than a conventional mortgage. So, listen up everyone. If you are looking for a house in this crazy market and feel so frustrated you want to give up, don?t. Give Tami a call. We are in our house because of her and she will do her best to help you as well.

ZillowVERIFIED After a couple negative experiences with local realtors in a extremely competitive sales environment, Tami was a breath of fresh air. She was responsive, professional, and most importantly honest and forthcoming. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Tami was assigned to me by the VA for my home search and it was a pleasure working with her!! We synced right away and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She answered my many questions throughout the home search and closing process and made me feel comfortable through the transition. She guided me through the process and I felt as ease making such a bid decision during a pandemic. Her experience and professionalism definitely shine.

ZillowVERIFIED Tami is a very hard worker. She is knowledgable about the market, very pleasant to work with and a Terrific communicator. I have worked with numerous realators over the years and Tami is the best. She goes above and beyond what is required. The house we listed with her sold in 14 days on the market. I hated to see the process come to an end because I really felt like Tami became a part of our family. Without an ounce of hesitation I would recommend Tami as a top notch realator.

ZillowVERIFIED Tami Jones with the Jonesy Group through Realty Executives is incredible. Not only do you get her services, which are years as a real estate agent experience and former loan officer experience, but you also get her family of real estate agents. They are the sweetest people you?ll ever talk to. During the outbreak we were coming from out of town. Mrs. Jones videoed several houses and gave her honest opinion of not only the house, but of the neighborhood, schools, and resale value. Which we needed being military and from out of town was crucial. She answered all of our phone calls and questions and well definitely use her again. Thank you, Mrs. Jones, from the Stewarts.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeffery Jones was able to have my house at 5211 Moon Shell drive, in Apollo beach sold in the time frame I had set out for him. They were able to have it listed and under contract , then sold all within my requested time frame. Which happens to coincide with the starting time of the pandemic in March. The issues that arose during the closing where roof issues that Jeff had all but figured out almost 100 percent of before even contacting me to let me know there even was an issue. The timely manner in which this issue was resolved made us able to close on the agreed upon closure date. The time table to completing the roof removal and certified installation of the new roof was only about week. He was on top of the roofing company to have the job completed and keep everything on tract. He definitely went above and beyond for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Jones was the best realtor anyone could ask for! He was always there regardless of the time of day. It was difficult for me to talk with people during normal business hours working night shift. He made sure there was always a way to communicate with me. He scheduled appointments several days in a row, since new ones come on the market everyday. He was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and offered information on the area since I am fairly new to Florida. When we went under contract, he was very honest about the things that could potentially go wrong. As a first time home buyer I felt like I had done this a million times with Jeff on my side. If youre looking for a realtor in the Pinellas county area, it would be a mistake not to choose Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended Jeff by Veterans United and Im lucky to have been put in contact with him. He did a great job of walking us through the process, and answering all our questions. He has a deep understanding of the industry and a sharp attention to detail. He caught things while showing us houses that I would have never seen or even have thought to check. It felt like we had a home inspector guiding us through open houses. I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Tami is particularly experienced with veteran home loans and was very helpful to us with this process, as this was our first home purchase. Both my husband and I were in different states not only from each other but also from the state of purchase. Tami was extremely accommodating in keeping us all on the same page and achieving the goal though we were all in different places. Tami was also great at speaking directly with our loan company, my husband and I did not have to play the middle man at any point. If you are new to the state I would highly recommend Tami to help you navigate through, she knows the area and is quick to pick up in the vibe one is looking for!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of working with Jeff Jones in our home buying process. We were first time home buyers, so we knew absolutely NOTHING about how things worked, or the whole VA home loan process. With our first baby on the way, to say we were stressed would be putting it mildly, haha. Jeff was super patient with us, incredibly knowledgable about VA home loans and their specific process, quick to set up showings, honest about red flags/concerns that he saw in how it pertained to what we were personally looking for, and diligent in keeping our deal on track and on time. He is hilariously funny and down-to-earth, to boot! We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about him, as well as his wife Tami and daughter Karson, who worked with us as well during our inspections. We will forever use Jeff in our future home buying adventures, and we cant recommend him highly enough for anyone in the market to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Jones, Tamis husband, was our realtor and we cannot praise him enough! He was our realtor for three transactions: buying a condo (2016), selling a condo, and purchasing our new forever home in Pinellas County. He must have shown us over 30 different properties to buy our current single family home. He was so experienced and knowledgeable doing a thorough search for each home and helping us look for what we wanted and what we didnt! His line to us was we can do better. He was always available to show us property and explain anything we didnt understand! He is a very friendly, personable man with unlimited patience! We cannot recommend him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED In short, Tami was incredible. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions, all of which Tami answered and then some. She made the entire process of buying a home so easy and more importantly easy to understand so that I was comfortable with each step of the process. She has such a depth of knowledge in regards to the VA home loan process and also looked out for me best interest so that my money was well spent. I couldnt be more happy with the experience and have now decided that Tami will be my forever Real Estate person. She rocks!

ZillowVERIFIED Tami is an excellent realtor. Moving from California to Florida can be extreme. However, with Tami she made the whole process of buying a home stress free. Tami places her client first above all else. Tami knew we would be limited to travel for inspections and paperwork. Tami stepped up and managed the inspections, appraisals and all repairs. She is impressive! Tami fought for us when repairs were being negotiated and kept us informed through the entire process. Imagine the trust we placed in her hands. Tami did not let us down. She treated us like family! This is what you should expect in a realtor. She is the best. I highly recommend her. She is solid and knows her profession. I highly recommend Tami. Why would you go with anyone else after this review.

ZillowVERIFIED Tami was recommended to me through my mortgage bank as I recently moved to Florida from the Midwest and didnt know any realtors. The minute I met her I knew she was the one I wanted as my realtor. She was very friendly and had such a sweet spirit. I knew she was going to find me the perfect home. And that was exactly what she did in a very short time as my apartment lease was coming up for renewal. She knows the market and was on top of property as soon as it came available. She always responded quickly to my phone calls or text messages and answered a million questions and always with a smile or a happy voice over the phone. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. If you choose Tami as your realtor you are getting the best realtor in the area and you wont be dissappointed. I can honestly say that I came out of this with a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was very realistic about the ?seller?s market? we were in, so we went inwithbourbeyes open. His honesty and knowledge about the market put our minds at ease. Trust was established early on. Our place sold in about a week but because we had high standards with a modest budget it took us a while to find our new perfect place - but we did! Jeff is now like a member of the family. It?s great to have a totally trusting relationship with your realtor and honestly know that he has your best interest at heart. Thanks Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED Real Estate Sales is their calling. They are dedicated to matching your family up with the home of your dreams. What a dynamic duo they are! We purchased our home in Largo in 2014! Other realtors we tried first showed us what they had disregarding whether it matched our criteria or not. It was time wasted and disappointed at every turn. Not so with Jeff. If your in the market for a home and have a vision of what you desire... look no further than this exceptional duo to find the perfect match!
