My Team and I have worked both buyers and Sellers at all price points. We specialize in residential Real Estate including land, condos, townhomes, single family and luxury.
There will be easy transactions when everything goes smoothly and there will be some that take skills, collaboration and on-going communication to be successful. It isn't the "transactions" that I am fond of. It's the people that win my heart. My youngest buyer was only 19 at the time of his purchase. He listened, followed directions, was persistent to achieve his goal. He purchased a home with a sizable down payment for his mother and sisters. I didn't find out his age until closing. It was a heart warming experience.
In 2000, I was faced with a relocation to Texas which open doors to explore new career options. I did not want to go back to swing shifts and hospital nursing. My Realtor at the time suggested I consider Real Estate. The rest is history.
I have over 25 years of experience and have seen many different markets during this time. I have a GRI designation, Graduate Residential Institute. I went on to further my education to obtain a Broker Associates license. The requirements for a Broker's license includes over 900 hours of education and at least 5 years experience.
