ZillowVERIFIEDTami was my agent in the purchase of my second house, and she couldnt have been more helpful. The house is in an area I wasnt familiar with but she has great relationships with inspectors and contractors and Mortgage agents, pretty much everyone you need to make such a serious transaction as buying a home go smoothly. Her attention to detail is impressive and Ill relate a little story as example. The sale was to close on Thursday and on the Monday before (3 full days before closing) Tami went by the house to make sure all was in order. While in the kitchen she heard a buzzing from the living room. When she investigated she found a hive of bees had taken up residence in the chimney during the cold weather and now that the weather had warmed were making them selfs comfortable in my future home. Fortunately she got out safe and unstung, immediately got on the phone with a bee expert to relocate the hive and then got on the horn to give me the story. Nightmare move in scenario averted. Because of this attention to detail and many more of the day to day issues escrow brings that she handles seamlessly I would highly recommend Tami to anyone needing an agent in the Modesto area
