I was led on to Tami and her Remax team via a friend who had a wonderful buying experience previously.I was not disappointed. Tami took the rains, found me a house I absolutely loved in a month. The connections only one could have from years of experience working that specific market segment. ZillowVERIFIED When we looked to sell our home we clicked on Zillow to get an idea of its value and then clicked that we were interested in selling our home. Tami called us minutes later and met with us in person at our convenience. In addition to her knowledge of neighborhoods throughout the SCV she and her team are very knowledgeable about the homes in our neighborhood. She gave us SPOT ON ideas for preparing our house for the open house. We are so glad we listened to her and implemented her suggestions to prepare our home for the viewing and sale. She even referred us to a friend of hers who was willing to pick up furniture and items we did not want to take with us or try to sell on our own. This simple referral ended up saving us so much time and stress. Tami and her team arranged for photos and a video to be included in the advertising. The videographer did an amazing job - his work showed our home beautifully on-line. Since we were not immediately ready for an open house, she and her team first advertised our home as "coming soon" and during this initial time she contacted us asking if we wanted to show our home before it was formally listed. We said yes and she managed each showing for us - we ended up receiving a couple of offers before the open house. She kept us updated and the potential buyers happy until the actual open house. The open house was a huge success - it was pouring rain and we still had over 50 people in attendance. We had multiple offers at the end of the day. She and her team evaluated each offer and discussed each offer with us in detail before we accepted the best one. We bought our last home 30 years ago and we remember it being a stressful process. This time everything went very smoothly from the initial discussion with Tami to the open house, the offer process and the simple on-line paperwork to the close of escrow. We had already moved to another state by then and felt very comfortable and appreciative that Tami helped wrap everything up for us since we were remote. Escrow closed successfully on-time and we can honestly say the Tami and her team were 100% responsible for the success of our home sale. We had already interviewed a realtor that we thought we would be going with, but we decided to interview Tami and we are so glad we did. She is a professional, knowledgeable, honest and extremely helpful through the entire process. She is a hard worker and you know she is working for you and has your best interest at heart. Tami and her team were very approachable and always returned our texts, emails or phone calls quickly. Tami, Mariness and Jeriann gave us continuous updates. Tami is very patient in helping us with all the paperwork and disclosures. She does pre-marketing so when we had our open house, we had 35 people go through our house on Sunday afternoon and by Monday we had 4 confirmed offers. She recommended sending 3 of those offers back for a best and final. We ended up selling our house in 3 days for thousands over the asking price. She has a great photographer that does a virtual tour of the house which really gives potential buyers the lay out of the home, room by room. Tami is present when the inspector and appraiser were there. She was there when the appraiser was there, so she could point out all the upgrades and improvement that had been done, some of which were not obvious. She had beautiful color flyers printed out and posted on the for-sale sign and made sure they didnt run out. I was impressed with all of the information Tami had gathered and presented to me during that initial call. It made me feel like, "She knows what she is doing." I met with Tami at the rental property I was selling, and I knew she was the agent to go with. Throughout the whole process, Tami, Jasmin, and their team was in constant contact. They gave continuous updates and I never felt like I was in the dark on the status of the property. Their marketing plan got us out there to the world, and I was impressed with the daily emails from regarding the marketing, page views, etc. Initially, we got an above ask offer in just a few weeks. Unfortunately, no fault to Tami & Jasmin, the deal fell through. They were quick to get the property back out there and have several open houses. We quickly received another offer for almost full asking price. Tami and team did a great job negotiating for us and made sure our best interests were met.
