ZillowVERIFIED Where to even begin, Jordan and I started the buying/selling process back in June. We had ups and downs and honestly more downs than we had hoped. We got so defeated, but we literally have the BEST realtor in town that got us through every obstacle that was thrown at us. We had probably one of the hardest houses to sell, but she literally worked nonstop and probably did more than what was expected of her to make sure we got the house we wanted. She has become a lifelong friend, because we talked almost every day for months- literally. I will argue she is the hardest working realtor in the area. She was available any time day or night, and she literally got us through when all hope was lost and got us a better deal than what we were hoping literally seconds before we accepted an offer wayyyy lower than what we needed. She pulled it out for us and not only that she allowed us to close in only THREE weeks. We just love her and will never be able to thank her enough.

My budget was well under market value for the type and size of home I was looking to buy. It took Tamera less than two weeks to find the perfect house for my daughter and me. The home was exactly the size we wanted and in the price range I needed. When things got tough throughout the buying process, she had the answers, and she had them quickly. She was also able to connect me to a great lender that could meet my needs. When it looked like there was no way possible to buy a home, she stayed hooked and found a way. Tamera truly cares for her clients and cares for people. Choosing anyone else to help with a home purchase in my opinion would be mistake. Tamera is a true ace in the hole or a grand slam in the bottom of the 9th inning.
