Tamayo on the other hand went out of her way and took quality photos, coordinated all the showings, wrote a great listing description and and filled both vacancies with quality tenants in less than a week's time! She also even managed to get a good offer on the property just for me to consider which I am seriously considering and probably will take! All this during COVID-19, blessed to have found her!

Not only does she make you feel comfortable, but she makes the grueling home search process fun! You will learn that once you find what you want, it becomes what she wants and she'll whatever it takes to get it done. When we first found our home, it appraised for 80K above asking price. We went into a bidding war, and even though there were much higher offers, the seller went with his gut instinct and chose Tamayo simply because he loved how she worked. This decision instantly gave us 80-K in equity. I cannot imagine another agent better than Tamayo. She was born to do this.
