About Tamara West
Tamara West is a REALTOR, Broker Associate, and Kentucky Area Leader with Epique Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Louisville, Kentucky area, including Jefferson, Oldham, and Bullitt counties, as well as New Albany, Indiana, since 2000. She brings more than a quarter century of hands-on real estate experience to every transaction. She works with clients across a wide range of niches, including first-time buyers, relocation clients, investors, and luxury home buyers, throughout Louisville, Kentucky and the surrounding Southern Indiana communities.
Since 2000, Tamara has helped more than 200 clients buy or sell homes, and in the past year alone she guided clients through roughly $2 million in home sales. She has spent her entire career in real estate, building deep, practical knowledge of how to move a transaction from contract to closing. With sellers, she manages pricing, marketing, and negotiation from listing to closing.
A longtime part of the Louisville, Kentucky community, Tamara is active with her local PTSA, sits on several non-profit boards, and volunteers with the Jefferson County Master Gardeners. Her roots in the Louisville and New Albany area run deep, and she stays connected to the community she serves.
