She and her assistant Debbie, came in, took over, and sold our home, holding our hands and putting our minds at ease. ZillowVERIFIED Tamara from the get go exhibited a get go philosophyShe and her assistant came to our house to present a thorough picture of their approach to marketing a home and do a run through of our home. Upon our confirmation to proceed there was a several hour re-staging and picture taking session and very shortly thereafter we were up on numerous websites providing very wide exposure. Our sitiuation was made somewhat more demanding due to an already rather short fuse prior to closing date on our new place in Iowa. We had several showing very quickly and were given a very good debriefing after each. Long story short we had an offer within a few weeks and Tamara did an excellent job in mentoring us wisely through the negotiation stage. But her service did not stop with an accepted offer but continued through a nail biter period when it was touch and go whether we could close on our house in sufficient time to generate the funds for the DP on the new one. It was a close one but we closed on our sale (Tamara handle the closing and transfer of funds through severl channels), our movers came the next morning and we closed on our house in Des Moines the next day with the funds Tammara had helped get into the hands of our mortgage lender bank in Des Moines. All this was done between our listing in late may to the closing on July 15 ---amazing! And on top of all that both Tamara and her assitant are a delight to deal with!!!
