We first met Tamara a few years ago when we were looking for a home from out of state and visited one of her listings. She allowed us to see the property even though it was in escrow, so we could get an idea of what new construction looked like in California. She knew what we were looking for from that interaction, and referred us to her partner who was helping a seller prepare a home for sale that could fit our needs. We closed on that home with our original realtor and Tamara's colleague as the selling agent. We were so impressed with Tamara that we utilized her to help our daughter find a home a few months later. Tamara was the buying agent and was alerted to a home that was not on the market for that transaction. We enlisted Tamara again to successfully help us with two investment properties. What readily sets Tamara apart is her vast network. She knows the area and has very well established/beneficial relationships with other realtors to find homes. Tamara went above and beyond helping us get our house ready--and then sold it for a great price--and as is--no repairs plus a free rent back for us. We had a bit of a strange situation but, our first agent passed away unexpectedly. Once we hired Tamara and she took over--she really did so much more than our initial agent. Tamara had items hauled away so the house would look less cluttered, she had maids come and clean the house top to bottom, she had professional photos taken and she personally held open houses for us. She got us a full price offer--and "as is" which was more than we really thought possible. Next we had to disclose that our neighbor's fence was encroaching on our property. In this market success breeds success and boy are we really happy we decided to work with Tamara Strom.Tamara patiently showed us countless houses. She kept motivating us when we didn't land some houses in spite of putting in very strong purchase offers. Once we identified a house that met our needs, Tamara came up with a clear strategy on the offer. She used her expertise and knowledge by putting together the cleanest and crispest offers and negotiation strategies. Tamara's professionalism was demonstrated numerous times. She was extremely on top of things and with nothing ever falling through the cracks. Her strategy was customized to the target house and the conditions it presented.Tamara would tell us up front if a particular house was not the right house for us. There were many houses that were listed low and she would accurately predict what a particular house would go for.
