ZillowVERIFIED I have used Tamara OConnor and her Premier Living team for two sales and two purchases, and, each time, they have been absolutely incredible! She and her whole team have listened to my needs and concerns, offered exceptional and highly professional advice, were remarkably responsive, and stayed on top of each and every twist and turn in the negotiating and sale process. She even provided me with an excellent referral for my new purchase in another State. For me, one of the saddest parts of moving to a new State is that I wont be able to work with Tamara and her team for my next transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Tamara and her team for any real estate transaction in the Fox Valley. Tamara knows the area inside and out and helped us find exactly the right home for our lifestyle and budget. In addition, she helped us list our home for MORE than we expected based on her knowledge of comparable sales in our area. She helped negotiate on both our sale and our purchase. She made great recommendations on how to get our home in ready to sell shape. Her office uses the best real estate software to keep us in the loop for showings, feedback, etc. I cannot say enough great things about Tamara and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our home, we stopped in at Primer Living because we had been impressed by the way they remodeled an old house into their beautiful office building.Tamara laid out an impressive marketing plan for our home, and she and her team delivered on every aspect. The printed marketing materials (photos, etc) were outstanding. She focused on other realtors who had clients that could be interested in our property. Result: lots of showing, and the quick sale of our property at a price that was fair to us and the buyer. If we had to do it again, Premier Living would be our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Both Tamara and Alicja were fantastic to work with! As first-time homebuyers, we had tons of questions that they were always eager to answer. Alicja was patient with us throughout the entire process and worked hard to find us listings that would be a great fit for our needs. We ended up buying a home that checked off everything on our list of "must-haves." We couldn't be more grateful for the experience we had. We would highly recommend working with both Tamara and Alicja!

ZillowVERIFIED Twice Tamara has sold a home for us. Over the years, she has gone from working for a company to owning her own. This time around, not only did we get the benefit of her expertise and guidance but her staff, as well. Her daughter Amanda has a keen sense of marketing, is open to suggestion and very pleasant to work with. Vanessa, did an excellent job as office staff coordinator checking in and communicating what was needed when, We found her to be efficient, well informed and lovely, Tamara has built an excellent team of go to painters, carpenters, and contacts that all work well together to help with whatever your needs are in selling your home. She is goal oriented and is dedicated to getting results. Choosing the right real estate representation can make all the difference. Choosing Tamara twice made all the difference for us. We could not be more pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED Not your avarage real estate agent. If they had six stars she would truly be deserving. This was the second home she has sold for me and went way beyond what would normally be expected. After experiencing a trajic loss of a family member she couldnt have been more compassionate and helpful in so many ways to sell my home as fast as humanly possible. Always puts her clients first herself second. Really unheard of today. I will be forever greatfull

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara's team was extremely helpful in my house search. I particularly enjoyed working with Alicja. Her knowledge of the local market and the house buying process was impressive and helped me make the right decision. Unlike many other realtors she was actually interested in helping me find a house I would enjoy. I would easily recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara O'Connor along with her daughter Amanda did an excellent job selling my home/condo. They and the entire Premier Living communicated to me every step of selling my home. They represented me to every potential buyer to showcase my place with the details of my home and also the area. They were very active and aggressive and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. We are in the process of looking for my perfect home and they are extremely on top of that also. I highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara was a great resource in selling my home. This was the first time I had ever sold a home and she made the process simple and easy to understand. She was able to sell the home quickly, which was a huge weight off of my mind. Where she stood out was in the final process of the sale. During the last stage of the sale process we had a water leak that was unexpected and to say the least, a huge stress point for me (and I am sure the buyer). I knew I had hired the right person when she called me to tell me that she would make it work out. She found someone to come out on the day of close to get it fixed. She made what could have been a disaster into a solution that worked for both me and the buyer. Not everyone would have been able to pull that off. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I have had Tamera sell 2 houses for me in this bad economy. Thinking they wouldn't sell, she's awesome both sold one in 2 days the other in less than 2 months. She also helped us buy a house. She is a shark. I have recommended her to several other people in which their houses have sold and she has also helped them to find a new one. She knows what she is doing, stand back and watch the master to her work. Kelly

ZillowVERIFIED We contact Tamara after having a bad experience working with another team. We were discouraged and frustrated and without a place to live since we had already rented out our townhouse. We found Tamara and Millie to be very quick to respond. They truly understood what we were looking for and arranged viewings accordingly. We felt understood and supported throughout the entire process and are very happy in our new home.I have recommended Tamara and her team to several people since closing our house, and will certainly continue to do so. They are fantastic!

Responds to questions quickly shows houses with little notice. I just feel bad for her family because she is so dedicated to her job and the customers she serves. Thank you for selling our house and finding our new dream home. We are glad the process is over but sad we will not have as much contact with you Tamara.

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara and her team are a pleasure to work with. When I needed to move to Crystal Lake I researched online for a realtor with a good rating. I found Millie Watkins with O'Connor Premier Living Properties-St Charles. She was wonderful to work with and found a beautiful home. When my mother wanted to move I called Millie to work with. My mother and I were introduced to Tamara O'Connor who listed her condo. Tamara was very impressive, professional and personable. She was spot on with the price and marketing. My mother's condo sold within a week. Tamara and her team are problem solvers when there are bumps in the process. They are truly your advocate when you need to buy or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED After not moving for nearly 40 years we were more than a a little apprehensive about selling our home. Tamara and her team really made it easy for us. They helped us appropriately price our single family home, provided suggestions to make it more salable, created a terrific web presence, put together a very professional sales brochure and guided us through the entire sales process. A buyer at a good price was located within two weeks of listing and with Tamara's help, the entire process went quickly to completion. She was always readily available for consultation and kept us well informed of what was going on. We couldn't be happier with the service provided to us by Tamara and the O'Connor team. We heartily recommend them and they would certainly be our first choice for future real estate transactions.
