Review My wife and myself are new to the Winnemucca area. We knew we didnt want to rush into a purchase, however we wanted to start the process. In Winnemucca you either buy a manufactured home or you pay Reno/Sparks prices for a stick built home. At Tamara's recommendation we drove around to see what area we wanted to move into and see houses in the area (window shopping). After driving around and looking in our price range we got a little discouraged. We told Tamara that we have never bought a manufactured home and leaned on her for all of our questions through the whole process. With her knowledge and expertise we viewed a home and submitted an offer within our first week of looking. Now we have a beautiful home with a huge, fully fenced yard. Review Tamara and Stevie made our experience of selling our Nevada residence as smooth as it could be. In 2017 we went through what most would think is a high end realtor with 0 offers throughout a one year span, which can be very disappointing and give you an uneasy feeling. We reduced the price several times and still nothing. The biggest reason now that i have seen Tamara and Stevie work is the amount of investment from the realtors side, Showings, pictures, and communication. Tamara and her team are top notch and gives the seller and buyer the attention they deserve. They are always available to answer all questions, showings, advertising your property, and always easy to talk to if there are issues that need to be resolved. They sold my house within 3 months. I now live in Wyoming and if she was doing reality here i would without question have her help me in my relocation and find me a home here.
