Tamara was wonderful to work with on the sale of our home. Her marketing skills were exemplary. She was knowledgeable as to the local real estate market and knew how to price the home such that it sold in record time. On top of all of her skills, she was personable and easy with whom to work. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Working with Tamara made our dream a reality! My partner and I were first-time homebuyers, and what couldve been a stressful and overwhelming process turned out to be smooth and excitingaEUR"all thanks to her. The moment we fell in love with a property, we requested a tour, and within three minutes, my phone rang. It was Tamara. From that first call, everything went exactly how we hoped. She guided us through every step, answered all our questions (and there were a lot), and always made us feel like a priority. Beyond being incredibly responsive, she truly had our best interests at heart. She checked in on us, kept us updated, and made sure we always knew what to expect. We never felt like just another clientaEUR"Tamara made us feel special. If youre looking for a realtor who makes things happen and genuinely cares, Tamara is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

Tamara Kelly was on top of the sale of our home. She wouldn't take no for an answer, she worked diligently on our home. Our home definitely had it's work cut out of it to sell and she made it happen. There are some after issues but it has nothing to do with Tamara Kelly and The Figueroa Team!!!! VERY EXCELLENT REALTOR IF YOUR HOME HAS LITTLE ISSUES AND A MODULAR HOME SHE KNEW HER STUFF AND IF SHE CAN SELL THAT SHE CAN SELL ANYTHING!!!

When I met Tamara I knew she is going to be my agent. I worked in real estate in NY, I owned properties, and I needed someone who gets me, who is a fighter and who will close the deal. I found a property and called her. She grabbed it right away and took everything on. She followed through on all steps on the process making it as little headache for me as possible. I ended up closing on the house when I was in the middle of a desert, when Tamara was guiding my sister through the entire closing. Thanks Tamara! You are the best and this is only a beginning ??

Tamara is a very professional and competent Real Estate Professional. We reached out to Tamara from overseas to help us purchase a home in Orlando. She was able to schedule viewings for several homes that met our requirements during a one-week visit in which she provided us with her undivided attention. Tamara guided us through the complete process from viewing through closing. She was always accessible and provided great input throughout the process. I would certainly engage Tamara again for any future real estate business that I may have.
