ZillowVERIFIED Tamara is an amazingly dedicated agent. She has helped our daughter with homes she has bought and walked us through the process of buying our new home in Tipton County. She gives very clear and precise information, is always willing to stop and take our phone call or messages and answers prompty. She has even assisted us with computer issues we had since the closing on our property was handled remotely - we live 10 hours away in Texas at the moment and are relocating. She coordinated with the Seller and his agent, kept us updated and informed. I can't say enough good about her, her professionalism and dedication. If she was close enough to the Gulf Coast, I would want her for our agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara was referred to me via Ideal Agent. The property is located in TN and I live in VA. She assisted in selling my property to the tenant who had occupied the home over the last 7+ years. Although the amount of work that normally would have been done in selling a property was not required, she ensured all requirements were taken care of in my absence ensuring we closed on schedule. I highly recommend Tamara for your buying / selling needs. Very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my communications. Thank you so much, Tamara!

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara is hands down the best realtor. Talk about going the extra mile! Wow is all I can say. She showed us so many house before we finally settled. Communication was so good and when were working the deal she kept us up to date every step of the way. Always texting us when something new came up. I liked her opinion on the houses she showed us as well. After a little over a year I got transferred back to my home state and we used Tamara to sell our house for us. It had a contract in a little over a week! We were already moved out of state and did everything online and over text. Tamara handled everything for me and I'm so grateful for that. If I find my way back to Tipton County again I wouldnt use anyone else. Tamara is the best and thats all thats too it.

ZillowVERIFIED I appreciate Tamaras help with selling our mothers house. It was an emotional time and a burden on all our shoulders to try to continue the upkeep of it. Tamara was very in tune with the pricing in that particular area and helped us find a good compromise on asking price. She kept us up to date with showings and also inspections as well. She helped make our closing as simple as possible. It was especially good for me as I live in the state of Florida and couldnt make the trip for the signings. I was very pleased with the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara was not only knowledgeable and professional, she was the most understanding and pleasant person we have dealt with in quite some time. She put the house on the market and sold it that very day. Understanding our needs, she was most helpful in assisting us in our decision making, ie: taking a cash offer. She also priced our home so that we received our asking price. Tamara, in a word was awesome.
