Since my wife and I were interested in a new build, Tamara met with us over two weekends to go from model to model until we found one that we liked. The model prices were already set so negotiations were not necessary. Although it was nice to see some of the companies offer discount incentives for using them as the builder. I could see Tamaras good repiore and professionalism with each homebuilder we saw along the way. I was also impressed with Tamaras patience with us during that time.. It also really helped that she seems to know Port St Lucie very well. When she realized what was most important to us about the location of our new home, she took us directly to a lot that was in a perfect location. Since then, Sweet Life Realty Group has been there for us. I am glad that we decided to use this Realty company. I would definitely use them again.
