ZillowVERIFIED Stop looking for your realtor: youve found her! Tamara Bayer is a hands-on, work-round-the-clock, and honest-as-the-day-is-long professional. She can glance at a roof and tell you when it was replaced (down to the brand and exact color of the shingles). She knows the difference between a dump and a bargain, between a neighborhood that is up-and-coming and one that is on the way out. In short, she knows her business better than anyone in the area. We were not in the market for a million-dollar house--with our $125,000 budget--but Tamara worked for us like we were her only clients. She stayed up until midnight on a Monday night to guarantee that our counter-offer was accepted. After we were under contract, she made sure that all repairs were made for us and oversaw the process for us so that we had very little stress and work. You see that? Thats my little finger....the one I didnt have to lift even once. Tamara made the process smooth and even fun. Buying or selling: this is the ONLY realtor in the Lexington area you need!
