ZillowVERIFIEDTamaraA was genuinely exceptional. A good friend of mine introduced me to her. She told me I would connect you with the Best Realtor, and she did! My husband and I were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market. In addition, she was always available for home tours. Tamara provides white glove service, and her responsiveness is incredible. I love that she asked us for pictures of our previous house in a different location and she worked hard to find us the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling our Parkland home with Tamara was seamless! She is a true professional, providing excellent service and clear communication from the initial meeting through post settlement. Our only regret is not being able to use her services to purchase our next home since we were relocating out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED You cant underestimate the importance of having a representative with a calm, professional demeanor while making a real estate transaction, and Tamara has got it. The process can be frustrating and emotional, and she kept us on track with a very high level of expertise, professionalism, and guidance. I would never choose anyone else to represent me in the real estate market.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our second time working with Tamara Aristy after she assisted us in finding a rental while we organized a move to FL from out of state. The Broward housing market has been extremely competitive during our search and she approached it with confidence and knowledge which ultimately led us to find an outstanding house. The challenge continued as we dealt with an agent from the sellers side who was uncommunicative, and unresponsive. Tamara expertly navigated this situation with professionalism, keeping us informed and calm every step of the way. We feel very fortunate to have had Tamara expertise and are enjoying our beautiful new home. She is the only Broker we would/will ever work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Tamara was incredibly knowledgeable and patient when working with my husband and I to coordinate a move from out of state based on an uncertain window of time contingent on us selling our existing house. We have two small children and she was very honest with her feedback on good school districts and favorable neighborhoods that would suit our family. She was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we may have had. I highly recommend her and will be working with her again for our next move.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put Tamara is a pleasure! Tamara went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home. I was looking for a place in Florida and I live in Pennsylvania. Tamara knew what I was looking for, did the research and even took the extra step to go view some properties without me. She was in constant contact with me. Tamara truly worked with me from beginning to end and went above and beyond to make the whole process a pleasant experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly.
