I highly recommend Tamara Allen for her professionalism, knowledge of the area and excellent customer service. Tamara helped us buy and sell our first home. Any questions I had were answered as she guided us through the process. I realize that everything is done by PC and mobile phone nowadays but I don't understand how anyone would make the difficult decision of buying or selling real estate without an agent. I wouldn't make a real estate decision without checking with Tamara.

I am so glad that I chose Tamara as my realtor in helping me purchase my first home. There were many things I needed clarification on during the process, she was patient in explaining and reminding me of important information. We reached more than one roadblock during the process, however each time she was able to work her way around them to make sure I not only got into my home as soon as possible, but also made sure I got the best deals possible. This was the second home that Tamara sold for us. The first time was during a recession and the second time was during a seller's market. Both times she knew exactly how to price the house to sell. Tamara kept us informed of the activity promptly and timely. Both properties sold without any issues and we appreciated her expertise. Tamara makes the experience very pleasant for the seller. We didn't have to do anything but sign the papers!

We selected Tamara from our lender's home buying program and she turned out to be an excellent choice due to her professionalism and reliability. She recommended properties and guided us through visiting homes with COVID-19 restrictions, high heat and smoky conditions, all with a positive attitude. We were first time home buyers and Tamara had a great deal of patience with us throughout the whole process, explaining everything in detail from beginning to end. She did a great job scheduling the home tours for us because we lived 90 minutes outside our target area. She listened to our needs and wants and remembered them. She even pointed out potential problems in some of the homes that we missed. She recommended inspection companies in the area since we did not reside there. In short, Tamara did a FANTASTIC job for us and we would use her again. We highly recommend her.
