Any questions I had were answered as she guided us through the process. I realize that everything is done by PC and mobile phone nowadays but I don't understand how anyone would make the difficult decision of buying or selling real estate without an agent. I wouldn't make a real estate decision without checking with Tamara.

She recommended properties and guided us through visiting homes with COVID-19 restrictions, high heat and smoky conditions, all with a positive attitude. We were first time home buyers and Tamara had a great deal of patience with us throughout the whole process, explaining everything in detail from beginning to end. She did a great job scheduling the home tours for us because we lived 90 minutes outside our target area. She listened to our needs and wants and remembered them. She even pointed out potential problems in some of the homes that we missed. She recommended inspection companies in the area since we did not reside there.
